Jon & Bon’s Yogurt Shoppe

8/2024 Update:
Had a good experience a month or so ago, was hoping the trend would continue! It did not. Went in today. It was a bit busy and a supervisor/lead was giving her only cashier a talking to while she was taking my order! The poor girl looked so nervous that she barely gave me a full cup, didnt ask for toppings, didnt ask if i wanted a bag, no spoons, didnt ask if it was to go....and the entire order she was just trying to respond to the lead who was still just talking to her like I wasnt there. There's a time and place. Like, off the line. In the office or back room? With how much theyre charging for this stuff now, least I could get full service or at least uninterrupted service without the lead talking down to one of the employees.

Whatcha doing new owner? I understand you want to make some changes to the business, but my first visit post changes was abysmal. My favorite flavor that I have ordered for over 15 years is gone, large size cups are out of stock, changed cup sizes, and the only other thing I like to order - the Hawaiian snow - is still out of order. New prices. I heard new hours coming too?

I always took my girls for ice cream last time I went they took away the smaller ice cream that was perfect for them and charged us more the bigger ones that I had to throw away and they don't do stamp card on little ones only bigger ones 3 ice cream was 15+ I'll never buy from them again but their staff was great

Jon & Bons has always been a family favorite because they are one of the only yogurt shops that consistently carry Euro Tart frozen yogurt! Now they have a birthday cake ice cream that just might be the BEST ice cream I have ever eaten! Highly Recommend!!!

Too expensive for what the place is

Since the ownership change the cup size has been cut in half and the price went up like crazy . This used to be our favorite spot , we will not be going anymore .

Went for a yogurt and asked for a small cookies and cream with a topping of Oreos.

I was given the size of a junior, very little for $6.50.
The lady didn’t even put 1/4 of a topping, she shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t even know how to serve yogurt.

She wouldn’t refund me.

Good good yogurt people that work there are friendly but when you walk in, it smells like a nasty dirty, moldy mop so it’s hard to sit inside and smell that and eat yogurt

The frozen yogurt is delicious and varied. The service has, except for one, all been so nice and friendly. I enjoy the professional chit-chat and happiness that the servers provide. What can be better than great yogurt and great chit-chat?!

Best peach frozen yogurt around.

I am so bummed to not give this place 5 stars. My family and I have been coming here for years and absolutely LOVE their yogurt and toppings. I’ve always had a pleasant experience but this time I was super disappointed. I took my 2 young girls to get dessert. The staff didn’t look familiar, not sure if they’re new or not. They helped us just fine, my issue was the music they were blasting. I don’t have an issue with rap or any kind of music for that matter but the profanity was ridiculous and the specific song was pretty sexual. This isn’t a bar, I had my children and the people behind me were also treating their children to a frozen treat on a hot summer day. It made the place feel so trashy, Bible versus on the wall and inappropriate vulgar music blasting in a yogurt shop just didn’t seem right. It’s hard enough to find a true, nice, family friendly business to take your children to. I’m hoping the owners or whoever is in charge reads these reviews and talks to their young staff because this was really offensive and I’d hope they’d want to keep their business family oriented.

We are temporarily between cars and my kiddos wanted to walk to Jon and bons on skyway. We walked an hour to Jon and bons planning to sit in a/c and cool off before heading home. After ordering, my 8 year old needed to wash his hands and use the restroom. We were told he couldn't use the bathroom and needed to go to an establishment where we were not spending money and use their bathroom. At a minimum, my son should have been able to wash his hands before eating.

Got a cookie’s and cream yogurt to go and it tasted like a plain chocolate, something has happened to the natural one they had!
