What's neat about this location is that it is in an historic building and it is on the right of the entrance when you walk in. There will be a staff member that will come out to help you, you will just have to wait a few but they will show. The selection is great, they have dairy-free options, they have TONS of toppings, and there is seating for those who want a view of Downtown Chico while they are nibbling on some tasty frozen yogurt.

Jon & Bon’s has fallen. They used to be generous with their servings and their friendliness, but now they’re stingy with both. It’s really too bad. I’ve been a patron for over a decade. I won’t be back until I’ve heard they’ve returned to their old standards.

I’ve been going here since I was a literal toddler and I used to love the atmosphere and the ice cream, especially the snow ones now I can’t think of a good reason to go there because they made the hard packs 3x smaller and don’t even get me started on the snow cones it’s literally ice and syrup it can’t cost that much money but they reduced the servings to a laughable amount
Everything was great but the prices are starting to get crazy took away the smallest ice cream and up charge the smallest they have 13 for 2 smallest ice cream and a few brownies I will not return unfortunately

Not a clean place. Don't bring kids or a date.First, when we went there last fall, this place looked like this place was shutting down or something. The freezer/register is hidden around a corner like a dark, seedy, hidden market, and the worker was nowhere around at first.This was the grossest place I have ever seen! Complete roach infestation walking around all over, even inside the ice cream freezer buckets. Really should have called the health inspector. And when pointed out to the worker, he kind of shrugged and walked away, and we bailed do fast!There is no way they cleared out that infestation without serious work.I cannot believe there are so many good reviews for this place. Do the people of Chico just not care about this? wth? I had never seen anything like it!
