The girl working tonight was giving horrible customer service. Literally giving half portion and rolling her eyes at everyone who ordered. Someone asked for a hard pack and she gave the biggest sigh like it was an inconvenience. What a horrible experience. I'm so disappointed that Jon n bons isn't what it used to be.

payed 14 dollars for a terrible, straight milk milkshake and a single scoop of ice cream that was the size of my testing spoon.

Medium Cookie & Cream ...chocolate leaked in from other container in their store, that's what manger told me! So it tasted like chocolate & was not creamy. I called & she said sorry? Come in we'll give you a free small...wait mine was medium & costed $7. This has happen before ??

The young woman that helped us today around 8:00 was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE for no reason. Yikes. Yogurt was fine.

This is some of the best frozen yogurt I have ever had. The mountain berry with yogurt chips and blackberries is to die for. The vanilla with honey oats and peanut butter cups is way too good as well. They have so many options for toppings, there really is something for everyone! Staff was nice, but you could tell she was a little overwhelmed with the line of people. I think she would have benefited from having 1 other person working with her! It looked like a lot of work for just one person.

Great place for Hawaiian snow and frozen yogurt

Ice cream is delicious however the service has been far below par recently. The past few months of visiting the staff seen extremely aggravated that they have customers. Not only do they start to close at least an hour early, their customer service skills make the customers feel like a burden when giving them service. It would be nice to see some more uplifting people who look like they enjoy their jobs than be rude to the customers and roll their eyes at any request.

The Oreo toppings in my yogurt were hard and seemed old, I was not able to eat my yogurt. I hope I get a refund.

Good froyo and ice cream but employees lowk really rude and hostile if you come in within an hour of close. They are always trying to close early and by the end of the night they only have chocolate and vanilla froyo. You would think people would be happy working at an ice cream shop but the only person I've ever seen smile here is the boy with glasses.

They have Punch Cards for frequent shoppers and I really appreciate that. Their frozen yogurt is yummy, and it's hard to find frozen yogurt in town.

This is the best frozen yogurt in Chico plus they have an amazing staff! They will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied, the manager especially, she specifically ordered my favorite flavor and called to let me know when they had it in stock. But everyone who works there is always friendly and nice!

This location always starts closing 2 hrs early!! We don't come here too often but every time we do they start closing down machines at 8 when they say the close at 10pm. It's so frustrating!

The price is high and is based on the cup size. The girl barely filled the cup to the top of rim, like what is she trying to do? Increase profits? Conserve yogurt? Kill joy? Google images of frozen yogurt… they are meant to be served in joyous peaks of pillowy deliciousness. Save your money

Former employee. The shop is run by employees and manager, the owners are never present and allow prolonged health hazards such as mold and mildew to gather near the sinks and ice machines. Their toppings were getting bit into by mice/rats while I was still employed.

Needs a deep clean. Saw mold in the sinks, cobwebs on the ceilings, floor was nearly black, and dust on everything. Very unsanitary. Owners need to hire a cleaning company for a day. I don’t even understand how it passes inspection.
