They have got a lot better than they were. Happy I tried them again after a year and a half. Better than tasty buffet and 99% of the Asian buffets in sacramento. We'll done Kwando Well done

Kwandos is the best Chinese buffet I've ever been to!
My girlfriend introduced me to this place and its been my go to spot for chinese buffet ever since. Any time I go to other buffets I always compare them to kwando as the gold standard.
The food is always super fresh. Ive never felt like I would get sick from eating any of the food served.
Their sushi options are extremely vast and you can even have your own custom roll made for you!
The staff is super friendly and always welcoming. They stay on top of everyone's extra plates and keep the restaurant very clean.
Like I said before, kwandos is the gold standard for Chinese buffet! Keep it up guys!

This is easily the best Buffett I’ve ever eaten at, everything tasted great, and they had infinite sushi. The sushi was great, and they had tons of stuff that was also great. They have a stir fry bar and will cook it right in front of you. We were easily able to feed everyone in our group. The staff is super nice, and everything was good and clean. We will definitely be going back. I would recommend this to anyone.

It was okay. I was expecting much more from everything I was told about this place. I've also seen much cleaner and kept up food areas. I don't know if it was the day we chose,Saturday the 27th but it wasn't great. They need to keep the food area cleaner and the food constant. Especially for all the people that were there. The staff, workers,etc never smiled or seemed happy. We even left a good tip just because. I'm not sure if I'd go again or not.

Ate here on 09/28 and had the worst case of food poisoning one could get. Food tasted weird, as if all meats that were cooked were cooked on the same grill. Pork ribs were far from done, tough as leather. Broccoli beef - beef tasted very strange.
I cannot recommend this place at all. If you do eat here, buyer beware.

When it comes to buffet, I try as many items as I can. I have no complaints about anything. The taro buns have an acquired taste that I personally liked, coconut shrimp was yummy. The fried shrimp well that was the best! So much flavor and crispy.. I over indulged on those. Staff, they could have shared a few more smiles lol
