One of the few restaurants that actually uses 100 percent organic ingredients. The ice cream is so good that we drive out of our way to go through Chico every time we take a road trip to California. Love this place!

The juice and food is great, but you can't get a swerve icecream with basic toppings for under $12 which Is ridiculously expensive. 2.50 per 1 tbsp of toppings is a ripoff. $2.50for peanuts, $2.50for fudge, $2.50 for Carmel. On top of a small, $6.50 portion of swerve. I think they should do better in this department. Really a gouge

Love this place. Friendly staff, yummy juice & so many goodies for treats. I go in for their fresh vegan soup at least once a week. It's like the only place in town that's truly all organic. I'm not vegan but if I were, this would be the only place I'd eat out.

Delicious fresh organic juice served by lovely people, what more do you need? I started juicing at home about a year ago, but have been drinking lots of Live Life lately. All the benefits of fresh juice without the mess! This business is a great fixture to the downtown community. Prices are definitely fair especially when you realize how much produce goes into one of those bottles...a lot! Every time I have gone in I have been greeted with warmth and kindness

The micro greens ($13) I bought here are really bitter and peppery ! Only buy them if you like the taste of bitter, peppery greens. I prefer sweet microgreens. Please add sweet microgreens to the fridge shelf! I also got the protector shot and it was really zingy to swallow because it was so tangy, spicy and had such an intense aftertaste. However, I will say drinking juice shots is really exciting and the feeling you get directly after taking one is VITALITY.

Gosh I'm so conflicted about LLJ… A) the juices are overall very good, though I feel they're expensive. B) the deserts are to DIE for! Especially the hazelnut pie/cake?! One of the best deserts I've ever had! C) the food is mid. It's not bad by any stretch of the imagination, and it is all generally healthy. Where I'm conflicted with the food is it's all ready to go in the fridge in plastic containers. On one hand it's very convenient to walk in and leave with a nice meal. On the other hand it sucks to eat inside and have to unpack plastic just to eat inside. It feels wasteful and takes away from the dining-in experience. Lengthy review just to ultimately say I'm conflicted on LLJ, though there's no denying it's a great overall place. I don't come here often but when I do I definitely enjoy my time. A final note: a few people I know have raved about their soft-serve. I haven't tried it but apparently it's very good!

Sitting here after paying 18$ after they refused to take back a drink that had an off putting taste. As the cashier brought it to me it was coming out under the lid. They made me repurchase another instead of exchange it. After opening the juice 1/4 of it was lost to the ground. I would think rather than losing the patronage of two customers they would have replaced one drink.

This shop knows juice. I haven’t branched out too far from the veggie Mary with jalapeños, simply because I love a good savory vegetable drink. I am personally not fond of anything with apples or oranges. Give me anything with those spicy vegetables! I have gotten a lot of food items and am learning more about cooking vegan dishes by trying what this shop cooks up. I love their tofu, potato’s, noodles, all of it has been so good. It’s hard to find quick bites that are plant based and delicious. Give them a try! Even if you’re not vegan, the food they have is totally worth exploring. I feel confident saying that considering I used to eat basically anything that smelled yummy.

They’ve outdone themselves with this fresh strawberry summer salad ? amazing flavor, every single bite, down to the last bite. Can I buy a jar of the dressing?! Please and thank you.Sad face when it was all gone.Butternut squash soup has amazing flavor as well.Ingredients are always fresh and organic.Flavors are wonderful and the staff is an absolute delight.I wish there was a place like this for me to work 20 years ago!!! ?Side note: soft swerve is my fave with caramel drizzle, granola and chia seeds. Mmmmmm! Wish I could give it more stars!!! ??????????????????

EDIT: yay! I'm glad they're listed as vegetarian now. I've changed my rating to adjust for that as well :) First off, I typically visit the Meriam Park location but it's not on this site. However, I guess what I am about to say counts for all locations :p The people there are always wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions. I asked for something good with congestion, and I was recommended the Fire Breather which helped IMMEDIATELY. And the drinks and food are always a hit! I tried their chowder today and did not regret it (my roommate stole another sip after I let them try it cx) However, it is very misleading to call this place vegan. Some of their products use honey and bee pollen. Although their ingredients are written out on the menu, they aren't explicitly stated, and someone like me with poor eyesight may miss it. I would love for their entire menu to be vegan, but at least highlight the few items which are vegetarian and be honest about the establishment. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-13

Loved this shop. Loved their raw vegan vanilla maple donut holes and the tahitian limeade. Lots of easy to-go options.
