I'm from the Central Valley and today was the first time I got to Try Logan's Roadhouse. Our Server today was ASHLEY and she was awesome. Great customer service. Will definitely go back when passing through Chico.

Table that came in after us was almost done eating when our food finally arrived. Food was barely warm. My husband's steak was over cooked and one of the meals in our party took an additional 5 min to come to the table. This was a half way point to meet friends and was disappointed because Food is usually good.

This was my first visit to Logan's Roadhouse. I'm happy to report they have some very good gluten-free options. We didn't want to wait for a table so we ate at the bar. The waitresses are very nice and knowledgeable. I had the grilled salmon which was a little tough for my taste. But it did taste very good. The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed my visit.

My family loves this place! They have the most delicious bread rolls you get before you order, and the servers we've had have always been friendly and knowledgeable.
Parking: A little difficult to get to, the easiest way is to go to the mall and drive around to the back, then straight to Logan's.
Kid-friendliness: Our server was super to our kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps that I could see except at the bar, and you didn't have to go there.
My room mates and I heard Logans great steaks to try. So last week we tried it was great. Steak cooked perfect I had hamburger with pulled pork. The pork was so tender the burger was about 3 minutes over cooked. The people that work there make you feel like uou are Family. . That's great. Drinks are great. Thank you, Logans that was also my birthday...
We got the ribs which were a bit dry and hard and needed more sauce. Flavor was good though.

Me and my boyfriend came here to eat. Overall, the waiters and the drinks were great. However, the food itself was terrible. My macaroni and cheese dish looked like it came from KFC and the mashed potatoes I got were very runny and tasted like vinegar. I also got a sirloin and it was alright, not very flavorful though. After this experience, we will not be coming back, since the food was definitely not worth the price.
