Food safety violation: guy who serves pizza, also handles the register. He grabs money and then grabs the pizza slides from the warmer with his fingertips without washing his hands in between. I have seen him doing this the last few times I have been there. I ask him to wear gloves before touching my pizza, but doesn't do that for everyone. Should I then have to tip?
Last night the pizza was undercooked, slides were smaller, prices higher, and my slide had a lot of oven debree underneath. I used to own a pizza place and I know that the brick oven has to be brushed regularly, but this was half way done and the slides should not absorb that big amount debree.
This is what I have seen without really trying to see much, and I would not like to know more about it.

Absolutely the best pizza in town. If you're opinion differs, your opinion is wrong. I don't care what your mom told you.My favorite is the Hawaiian with barbeque sauce and jalapeno and pepperoni. I've only seen it in there with the pepperoni twice. Next time I'm ordering a full one.It's a little pricey but i'd pay in blood if it were necessary.
