I wish new restaurants offered an opportunity to give feedback directly to the business, especially in Chico where there is so much competition. New businesses have a limited opportunity to make an excellent first impression. After visiting this weekend, here are the tips I would like to share with this business to set them up for success:1. Put up a sign welcoming customers and ask them to seat themselves. We had to ask one of the employees behind the counter.2. If you take orders at the table and deliver food to the table, then silverware should also be at the table.3. Be prepared to answer questions from customers who have dietary restrictions or food allergies. When we asked about gluten, our server was not able to answer whether or not the corn tortillas contained gluten.4. The TV volume was so loud we had a hard time hearing one another across the table. Any music should be more of a background for the customers dining.

Just went to Jon and bons and stumbled upon this new restaurant! The atmosphere was awesome, bright colors, beautiful decorations. I ended up getting a burrito to go and the ladies that were working were so beyond friendly and sweet. The burrito was great!

This is the best Mexican food in town!! The family atmosphere makes this place feel like home and the food is absolutely amazing. It tastes authentic and identical to traditional Mexican food. The lotería theme in here goes so well with the Mexican theme and everything seems so thought out and cohesive. ❤️ amazing vibes amazing place.

They opened a week ago.Their tacos are amazing. All the their meat selection are unique and delicious!The atmosphere is SO cute and I've never seen such a fun Mexican resturant like this in any state I've ever been to.The staff are friendly.I highly recommend coming here!Their house made tortillas are amazing, you can't go wrong with any of their meat, their horchata is so good!!

Tacos are amazing!!! Went today for the first time and I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. We had a birra taco, mas amor burrito and the chips and guacamole. My favorite was the tacos, but the burrito was also excellent and I loved the presentation of the guacamole. They are new so they're still working out some kinks but the food is really really good. They also did a super cute job decorating everything. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

It is very lovely and aesthetically pleasing. It’s accommodating for when you come with a family, friend or just by your self. The food is amazing, great and super delicious! I would totally recommend going! People there are very friendly and Paloma is super sweet will check up on you and make sure you are doing well. I would recommend going!!
