Went through drive threw had to go around to front and wait for 20 mins to get food while waiting emplyes where lighting up there cigarettes right in front of door while customers where trying to get into store

Mobil orders take forever. Placed order 25 minutes in advance for a drive thru pick and still not ready have to for another 20 in the reserved parking to wait not worth goin unless you want to wait a long time.

**MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT!!!!** My husband ordered in the drive thru and didn’t think he needed his receipt since it literally wasn’t a complicated order. Came home and was missing a 4 piece nugget. He called and the girl he spoke to didn’t attempt to do any sort of customer service. Extremely dismissive, had attitude, and pretty much told him he’s SOL. Luckily he found the grill ticket and was able to call back, spoke to a manager named Nick and he was actually helpful. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve only gave 1 star.

Well, my friend eats there almost everyday, and he loves it. This was my first time at this location. I had a good time, and he ate a couple of burgers, the buy one, and get the second one for a dollar. And he also ordered the small Fry's, and medium soda. I only ordered a small soda. It was good, and I'm planning on going back there about once per week, as I have business in Chico at least that often. I wish there was some way of getting the Old Fashioned paper coupons? As my phone can't do the App. So, if you can think of any way of sending, mailing, emailing or texting me, that would probably bring me back there more often? Thank you!

So I was trying to order online on the phone and yes, some woman was being racist like I called back three times trying to order a big Mac and she was like I know it’s a prank call or something and like it’s like every time I’ve I’ve seen other reviews unlike how people were racist like some Mexican people I’m Indian and she just like hanged up on me immediately like I was just trying to order a big Mac

Absolutely horrible. The staff and management should have their attitudes and service reevaluated. They show no ounce of respect or kindness to any of their costumers. It’s very disappointing how customers cannot spend and enjoy their time in this place (peacefully) without an employee disturbing them, disrespectfully.

Make sure to ask for a receipt I just left there because a boy working charged me wrong and was laughing with his manager and coworkers for about 3 minutes before coming to tell me they charged me incorrectly. If you refund me and then charge me for a higher amount after YOU made a mistake that’s so messed up it’s your mistake not mine and to sit there debating telling me if you charged me correctly and the manger was rude and no customers service experience I will be checking to make sure I was refunded I don’t trust this McDonald’s and won’t be back after shady behavior with my card and food it was two items idk why they could t just leave it and say sorry for their mistake they had to refund me to charge me more?! Makes NO SENSE
