The guy working there with dreads is very rude. I couldn’t catch his name as he wasn’t wearing uniform or a name tag while working. We were trying to explain to him that we had an online order for a fountain drink and medium fries, and my passenger was redeeming a single vanilla cone through his points on his phone (two separate accounts). Every time we explained that we’re here for my online order and the redeemable cone he would slam the window look at the screen and ask the same exact question at least 5 times as if he didn’t hear what we had just told him while slamming the window each time he asked. He yelled saying we’re not allowed to do that on the same account and there’s 2 orders allowed per car. It was two separate orders two separate accounts and we didn’t violate any rules. He got so mad he just gave us the cone for free and cursed at us as we pulled away while giving the snarky remark of, “They’re holding up my line, it’s wrapped around the whole street” (there were at most 4-5 cars in the drive through and a closed dine in room). We kept telling him we usually give the person taking the order a code and they’ll deduct the points but he wasn’t comprehending it. It was 3 items in total, if he can’t do a simple task or show up to work in correct uniform he should look for new employment maybe not fast food he can’t handle multiple orders. Please talk to him from what we know this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems this is just the first time i left a review because he did not have to make it personal and curse or say snarky remarks when he was in the wrong and we gave him all the info he asked in order to do his job.

We had trouble with our order on the app and so we went inside. The supervisor helped us right away and actually comped fries and so we wouldn't lose our free fries on the app.

Every time I use the mobile app, I have to wait in the reserved parking after already waiting in the drive-through. Order takes 15 min usually. The mobile app seems to be for easy payment, not time-saving. I usually order at 615 am and show up around 7 am. Staff is always friendly at the drive-through.

Bro mcdonalds fell of so hard. The food was plain, the mc flurrys are served in a rotten paper cut and my chicken nuggets were gaven to me with no sauce and there so plain its like eating air

Why have your Doordash tablet on if you’re not accepting orders or if your business isn’t open walk inside the McDonald’s when the door is open and unlocked. The gentleman tells me they aren’t open. Well then why is the lobby open? I’m Tired of the fast food restaurant games they play, they can go out of business or hire on own delivery employees. I’m not gonna help them deliver food when they treat drivers like crap or waste my time and money.
