I placed an order for a two tier cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I asked for a special order ( 2 different flavors) and they were able to execute that for us. Originally, I was to pick up the cake at a certain time but being from out of state, I didn’t realize parking was an issue in the downtown area and there was no way for me to pick it up 🥴 🤦♀️ I called the bakery asking if they could deliver the cake and THEY DID!!! There is a delivery fee and I was absolutely happy to pay! Once it was delivered to the restaurant ( in prefect condition) I was amazed at how beautiful the cake turned out. Not only that but it was sooo delicious!! Thank you MIM’s bakery for making our day so special and for being flexible at the last minute!! You guys rock!

Absolutely wonderful. I had the most indulgent AND AMAZING deep dark chocolate mouse desert (ive forgotten the name) but with light milk chocolate mousse INSIDE and it LOOKED an oversized cupcake--but there was NO CAKE INVOLVED! It was some how made entirely of mousse...and then i believe some type of chocolate magic was employed to allow it to take the shape of cupcake. Seriously it was so outrageously decadent that i could not eat all of it at once. And i am a lover of chocolate like you have no idea! If you ever find yourself needing a chocolate fix yet knowing nothing from a grocery store, doughnut shop, or resteraunt will be adequate....you just go directly to Mims. You will never go to another bakery again. I cannot believe it took me this long to learn of this place...

I called in morning and asked if they would bake a cake for that afternoon to surprise my bestie for her birthday. White cake with rasberry filling. It turned out so yummy and beautiful. Also the people there were so kind and helpful. I also live in forest ranch and couldnt find my car keys and i was so worried i wasnt going to make it in time before they closed, I called them and told them my situation and that i was on my way. The lady was so kind she told me to drive safe and not to worry she would stay open till i get there. Thank you. Ill definetly be getting more cakes from them in the future. Everyone loved the cake and thanks for making it on such a short notice..

We picked up my son's cake today. I would say this is not a $61 cake. The decore is simply an image on rice paper with poorly done fondant border. I will not be purchasing from here again. plus there was a hair.
