I've found that my usual birthday cake bakery in town has slipped in quality a bit lately. I tried Mim's and now I will never go back downtown!! Everyone raved and it was so moist!! Thanks Mim's!
Absolutely wonderful. I had the most indulgent AND AMAZING deep dark chocolate mouse desert (ive forgotten the name) but with light milk chocolate mousse INSIDE and it LOOKED an oversized cupcake--but there was NO CAKE INVOLVED! It was some how made entirely of mousse...and then i believe some type of chocolate magic was employed to allow it to take the shape of cupcake.
Seriously it was so outrageously decadent that i could not eat all of it at once. And i am a lover...
