If you are looking for artisanal drinks made with discerning attention to detail and a flavor profile to match, this is your place! Boris hands down makes the best coffee in Chico. I love the Turkish Coffee for his hand blended spices and rich, flavorful coffee with just the right amount of not-too-sweetness. If you are wanting a run of the mill experience with predictability and replicability as your key ingredients, this isn't it. I must confess, I drink copious amounts...
I just had “Thee Turkish” coffee and the honey Bourbon biscuit too and they were both absolutely incredible! The cardamom comes through beautifully in thee turkish and the biscuit has a delightful addition of bacon that compliments the sweet glaze on top. I’ve also had the espresso by itself and the flavor is absolutely superb. This is the best coffee I’ve had in chico, highly highly recommend!!!
