I will 100% always give my business to Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their customer service is phenomenal. My order got mixed up via a miscommunication and they remade everything with a smile! I had to open one box to double check the order so they even let me keep that box free. Their cakes are delicious and they have a large variety to choose from. Even better than the cake though is their friendliness and customer care. I will always shop here!

What Nadeem said in their review is 100 percent accurate. As a customer I have witnessed Kieth the owner berate and talk down to the employees. I won’t go in the Chico location because I won’t support a business that treats its employees this way. On another note there is a girl by the name of Julia who took a phone order from me. She was rude and unprofessional. Meeting her in person wasn’t much better. I have no idea how this place stays open.

I worked for the owner and he is really a piece of work. He would degrade me in front of my co workers. He would treat me like I'm a piece of dirt. And so many people would constantly quit because he would treat us like dirt. We went through over 3 managers in one year. And he has the biggest turnover rate of workers I've ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to eat there or work there. He's not a good person at all!

This place is awesome. The cakes are good and the staff is lovely. But I've tried to tip them and they are not allowed to accept tips. Any business that has people providing customer service, especially in food service SHOULD want their employees to be rewarded for great service. Shame on you Bunt owners! Fix this!

I'm living for the bundtinis! NBC always lives up to the hype! It was my birthday this past weekend and my friend picked up a half dozen bundtinis of assorted flavors. They were fantastic! All the flavors were so good and the frosting is spectacular! The quality was top notch as well.

Mouthwatering cakes in a variety of fun flavors. Cake portion stays moist and their frosting is one of my favorites hands down! I'd like a whole tub of it ? love their portion sizes too.
My husband brought me a cupcake from a sample a gal delivered to his work, and holy cow!! I’ve never had such a good cupcake, great flavor, superb texture, not too sweet to wear you get a belly ache but sweet enough to satisfy my pregnancy sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be coming here for any future birthdays or events!! Great job guys!

I received an assortment of these cakes as a gift on two separate occasions over the past couple of months. They were ordered by my son who lives in San Diego and delivered to my home in Paradise. They each were fresh & tasty desserts. While in Chico a few days ago I discovered the store in the FoodMaxx shopping center. Now I can order my own!
