Panama Bar Cafe offers an excellent dining experience with incredibly good food, solid portions, and delicious drinks at reasonable prices. The bartenders are friendly and attentive, making conversation and ensuring that sports games are shown on the projector. While the patio area is minimal, the inside dining area is under construction, but the food makes up for any initial disappointment. The restaurant serves dishes such as the $20 chicken piccata, which is prepared with lemon and caper sauce and accompanied by pasta primavera, making it a delicious and satisfying option.
