I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread! The service was friendly and prompt, with the staff ensuring everything was perfect. Every large table is dirty. Had to ask to get cleaned. Mean while the rest of the seating are almost all dirty. She just cleaned table top. The bagel was burnt and scraped off. I will not pay for horrible food.

Not a good experience from a customer service. The girl at the front didn't greet us when we came in, when I asked a question she spoke softly and jist was an overall bad experience. The order for our food was correct, and that was really the only positive part of the breakfast.

My first time at paneras. Was a little unsure of what to do. Our server Levi came to our side of counter to help me navigate the system.ciabatta bread texture was perfect, the flavors wonderful and the soups that remind me of home. Thank you Levi for going out of your way above others..and getting us thru to enjoy such a bounty.

Joined the my sip club and ordered a coffee online for rapid pick up. This was my first time ever ordering and the directions said to grab a cup and get it from self serve. After standing in line for 10 mins to get a cup I finally managed to get the girl at the counters attention. I've never spoken to anyone so rude and unenthusiastic about their job. She was obviously not happy to be there and oh boy, did it show in everything from her condescending attitude to the sigh and the eye roll she gave me when I told her all 3 coffee's were completely out. At that point I threw my cup in the trash and told her not to bother. Worst customer service ever.

Stay away from the cheese steak sandwich. It's mostly bread with a little bit of meat and sauce.

She would not ask manager to speak to me as a " customer ". she didn't want to be accountable for her actions .
Will never be a customer to Panera Inc, in future, very disappointed in Employee Customer, Relations.

I do agree that the food is ridiculously overpriced and bland. But on days when I’m running late, I usually stop by here for breakfast. The drive-thru is a game changer but it is very slow. They do tend to run out of popular foods by the 8:30 mark. I do really appreciate the convenience. I highly recommend the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich with a strawberry banana smoothie!
