Ordered the new steak and mozzarella sandwich with a soup. The sandwich had no cheese on it and had tomatoes even though I did a mobile order and requested them be taken off.

They don’t know how to make iced coffee. There’s always coffee bean residue in my cup, GROSS. So I started ordering hot coffee. & it ALWAYS spills in my car because they overfill it and the lids are cheap so there’s always leakage. And the drive thru is always slow despite the fact that there’s only ever 1 car in front of me. Once my discounted sip club membership expires, no more Panera. Idk who would possibly pay full price for below average coffee.

Came in to visit the awesome new manager in training and the cafe was very clean the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Incredible vibes at this location! Definitely my new favorite spot.

I bought two breakfast sandwich’s both were messed up:-(. It was nice when I called they apologized but when you order online because you’re on your lunch break and you know it takes a long time through drive through it sucks. Wasn’t able to eat please management try to value the customer. It’s what keeps the business going in a positive way.

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY!!! Everytime they have added to my order with things I DID NOT ask for. I'm guessing (mixed?) guy with light skin & red hair has charged me the same amount after asking to take off the items on the list that I DID NOT ORDER. With a smile on his face because he's happy to take the money. This is one of many times. & it's not just him. I don't want to jump to extremes but I saw them take a shot of something behind the cafe. Not sure what else you would drink like that... Criminals. Should not work somewhere especially a place like this!

ordered a couple of sandwiches and they were terrible unless you like a bread and ranch sandwich with sprinkles of chicken, outrageous overpriced garbage, might as well go to taco Bell

I've been coming here for years, and I left this place! The sandwiches, the soups and the breads are amazing and there are a few people working here for a long time because they are awesome! However, the girl in the drive through this morning is passive aggressive. It's not your imagination are you do. I came back through the drive through because she forgot to give us all of our food and she got even worse and started huffing and puffing. Not really customer service savvy. If you don't like your job, get another one.

They reduced their hours on the weekends. They close now at 7pm. We went yesterday near closing time have to wait 30 minutes to get half of our food what we ordered. Customer service is very bad. I got a text saying my food is ready but it is not. The employees are rude. I am not sure why you take a order if you don't able to do it? Also 7pm on the weekends that is ridiculous.
