This Panera location is kind of small. It shares a building with a dental office in the far corner of the parking lot of the mall. It's been clean when I've visited, but can get crowded at lunchtime, due to the limited size. There are some tables outside, but due to the proximity to the freeway on ramp, it's loud out there. In general, I've been pleased with this location and often use the Panera app to order and pickup in the drive thru.

Everything was fine on our last visit. Panera is an awesome concept, but to be successful long term the company will need to improve the consistency of employee presence at the counter even as more app and keyosk ordering becomes the norm. Quality of food is sometimes variable and the staff can have trouble keeping up with washrooms and sch during high traffic times. This location does have a good amount of tables and is located close to the highway.

I felt like an employee vs a guest. Self order, Noone to take your , kiosk only, no employee at the only checkstand. Tables where sticky and random things on the floor. The food was good.

The food taste was wonderful but the sandwich used to be on focaccia bread but now on bread that was so thin that it fell apart and turned to mush from the avocado. The atmosphere rating refers to the bathroom which was not only extremely dirty but the handicapped stall in the women's bathroom has been broken for almost 2 weeks since I last visited.. I ended up using the men's room with another women who guarded the door. She also commented on the lack of cleanliness in the women's bathroom. All the manager could do was to tell me that toilet parts were on order. It would be so much better for handicapped customers to just install a new toilet and save the disabled customers the embarrassment of having to use the men's room or taking a chance of falling from a toilet without handicapped handles, and using a toilet with the door open because the walker doesn't fit inside.

They don’t know how to make iced coffee. There’s always coffee bean residue in my cup, GROSS. So I started ordering hot coffee. & it ALWAYS spills in my car because they overfill it and the lids are cheap so there’s always leakage. And the drive thru is always slow despite the fact that there’s only ever 1 car in front of me. Once my discounted sip club membership expires, no more Panera. Idk who would possibly pay full price for below average coffee.

Came in to visit the awesome new manager in training and the cafe was very clean the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Incredible vibes at this location! Definitely my new favorite spot.
