My order was recorded with barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. I also ordered a calzone, which they did not give me marinara sauce for. I had to remind them that I ordered the jack-o’-lantern pizza special which came with cookie dough. I tried to grab cookie dough and they said I had to pay for that. Which I did. Overall and a great experience

Pizza was made on time and ready for pickup as promised. Online ordering was simple and efficient. Pizza baked up as directed and was perfectly cooked. Great quality and taste. Highly recommend the Stuffed Chicago Style.

The services at this site are exceptional. The employees are always smiling and greet me immediately upon entering. My order is always prepared and is always to my specifications. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. I continue to order from this location because of the above mentioned qualities.

I asked my wife what she wanted to eat and she decided on Papas Murphys. It was 8:12 pm and the other two stores were closing at 8:30 so I ordered from this store as they closed at 9. I paid online and and was told by the app to pick-up by 8:42. I drove accross town to find the four locked. Two people finally came and said they closed early but they didn't make my pizzas. I told them I paid for them already and their response was to talk to the manager tomorrow. No work ethic here. Another store would have called me.

Literally every time I have ordered in the past 2 years they always get my order wrong. It's not a complicated order or anything. I am not sure why this is happening lol. It's like no one there can read a ticket!

The papa Murphy app sucks beyond belief!!!! Spent 45 minutes before I gave up! First it's glitchy and super slow, then when I tried to use a $2 reward it just got stuck in thinking mode for 10 minutes, I reset phone with 3 attempts- then finally it said reward not available! I assume it was because I was using the online only deal (large 2 topping for $10.99) they could of helped by having reward details or exclusions on the reward option! Then it was just saying "reward not available" pop ups for about 5 minutes. I reset phone and skipped reward section and to my desmise they didn't have the option anymore to pay in store (they previously did!) AND you can't use a EBT card online! You previously could! By now I'm sitting in the lobby and the staff says I can only get the deal if I order online,and "I don't have those codes for online deals" so I would literally be paying double for a pizza $20+ for which I would have to cook myself without ordering online in which I can't anyways,
My advice -Dont use app! Unless you got a half an hour and want to pay full price using a credit card. And there's no guarantees It will work anyways.
My advice to the owner of Papa Murphy's 1) fix your app! Show exclusions on the rewards show that EBT's not a payment on app. 2) have your employees able to put in the codes for online deals 3) change it back to where you can pay in the store when using app

My order has been made wrong three times in a row at this location. I decided to give them one more try and they were closed 15 minutes earlier than posted on the website and door. The new staff always seems put out about making the pizzas and they will tell you it's a ten minute wait but when you come in to pay they haven't even started your pizza, even when there isn't anything customers ahead of your order. This used to be my favorite location and I've tried really hard to keep giving them chances but I don't think I'll be returning.

I LOVE papa Murphy’s pizza, unfortunately…NOT this location near Raley’s. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered their thin crust chicken, bacon artichoke and it was plain gross! 6 small pieces of spinach, 12 small pieces of chicken and tons of bacon piled so high, when we cooked…it was a puddle of grease in the middle of the pizza. I don’t know if the layers aren’t put down correctly or if they add too much cheese or bacon. It just doesn’t taste like any other papa murphy’s pizza we’ve ordered before. We will not be going to this location again. Obviously…the employees could care less how they make the pizzas or are not properly trained.
