ANA was extremely unprofessional and refused to take my call in order of a large 2 topping pizza. She either should be let go or educated on customer service.

Papa Murphy's, in general, is a great option for fresh pizza, so that's why I gave 2 stars. I've been to this one twice, but now that I know of the Mangrove store, I won't be returning to this location. Both times I went, the staff seemed to be somewhere between bored and annoyed that I was there to pick up my pizza. The first time, they hadn't even made it yet, even though I was 10 minutes later than they told me, and there was no one in the store. In fact, I've never seen another customer in the store. They went in the back and threw one together, didn't even make it out front like usual, and it was really sloppy and seemed like it only had about half the sausage they normally have. The second time, I ordered cheese bread, and they forgot to get that ready. After about 10 minutes, they brought one out. When I cooked it, it smelled and tasted like feet. I threw it away after one bite. Come to think of it, the store kind of smelled like feet, too. The Papa Murphy's on Mangrove is always worth the extra drive even though stopping here would save me about 40 minutes' round trip back up the hill.

I can't give them more than one star as they can't follow simple requests which makes them actually dangerous to some customers. Twice in a row (two different visits), I specified NO tomatoes on my order. The second time I even made sure the person taking my order heard me and she even repeated it back. Both times they put huge handfuls of tomatoes on my order. - While my sensitivity to tomatoes isn't dangerous for some people this could be, and even if it was just my preference at 50.00 for two uncooked items they should be able to comply with such a simple request as to not put an item on your food. Both of the last times I was in there I also noticed this seems to be a management/training issue.- People's orders are not made together so you have to ask where the other part of your order is and wait while other people who ordered after you get their food.-They all look a little confused and unsure how the flow of completing orders should go.-Part of my order kept being taken to the back area where they clean dishes as if they weren't sure what was on it and had to look it up.I won't be back, and if you have any kind of food allergies or sensitivities use extreme caution if you go there.

Absolutely horrible service, dirty, no accountability. If you own this place, you are in a bad spot with your employees and service.

Refused to let me order almost a half hour before they closed..

Given that the title of the pizza is "herb chicken Mediterranean" it came as a surprise to me that they forgot to put the fucking chicken on it. Maybe those girls should get a job they actually enjoy doing

Found a used BAND-AID cooked into our pizza. ??? Will never go back!! If your employee has a cut and is wearing a band-aid they should absolutely be wearing gloves. So disgusting!

Store closed early it was 8:08pm when we arrived and the employee turned off all the lights with the doors locked as we were getting out of our car. Their hours say 8:30pm is closing.

What’s the point of having hours if you close 40 minutes early and still have the open sign on.

I generally like Papa Murphys and their food, but on our last occasion we ordered several items and one of them was a mini Murph for our daughter. One of the cheese containers was moldy, not just a little moldy but mostly mold. We called to let them know and they took down our information and told us that a manager would get in touch. They never did, so we called back a few days later and the person that answered would lie to us. We would stay with pleasantries and then ask to speak with a manager and suddenly our phone was breaking up and they would hang up. We tried on both our phones and called a couple times and this person kept lying saying that they couldn't hear us. Even though they could hear us just give when we asked about the specials. I'd avoid this one at all costs.

Pros:- 25% off promo code via text- Respectful, friendly employees- Great tasting food- Easy parkingCons:- Extremely high prices for food that I have to cook at home- Poorly trained employees- Long wait time after placing order via website (30+ minutes)- No salad dressing included with an $8 saladThis was my first time ordering from this Papa Murphy's location in Chico. True to form for all of the Papa Murphy's in Chico the interior of this pizzeria was 10 degrees hotter than outside, and dirty.I arrived to pick-up the four items that I had ordered and was handed just a pizza. The employee then stared at me after handing me my pizza so I had to ask for my Scratch-made 5-Cheese bread (and then again for the marinara dipping cup), my S'mores Bars dessert, and my garden salad. It was like the employee had no concept of fulfilling an online order. There was no salad available so I had to wait while one was made. Prices are extreme for take-n-bake items, especially considering the price of natural gas to cook my items at home. Charging for a small packet of salad dressing(s) for a salad that costs $8 is insulting. My advice is to sign-up for their text messages where you will routinely get 20%, 25%, and 30%-off promo codes which is the only time that Papa Murphy's is remotely worth the price. The Chico location on Eaton Road is the best, followed by the Mangrove location, and this location being the worst.Parking: Private lot. Lots of available parking.
