Our family enjoys grabbing Popeyes every now & then. Our last visit was later in the evening and they let us know in advance what they had ready & what would involve a wait. Person taking our order & money was extremely friendly. Her great attitude made the wait no big deal.

When their lobby was open wanted to do their app deal. As I got up to the wretcher's sure. They said their lobby was cloand that I'd have to go through the drive through one inch mill ifIf I could get the deal but nobody. Even answered they just said lobby's close I asked him if I could still go through the drive through.They said yes, and that they'd still be open.So I proceeded to go through the app to order the food that I wanted to get the deal After trying twice, the app would not let me order as it says. The restaurant is closed although. They were still open for another hour through their drive through very disappointing.They really need to get their app fixed but also their food is way too expensive. That's why I needed the deal through the app.

Came in for a door dash and this location is WELL KNOWN for waits. So I asked the young lady how long, 5 or 10 minutes possibly left on order? She replied no ,I just have to bag it. I am still here waiting 20 minutes later and she still has not bagged the door dash order. Please train your staff about communication and getting work done in a timely fashion. I got money to make and you slowing me up being lackadaisical!
The people that work here are always friendly. The spicy tenders tasted like they had been sitting a while (those were my partners). My regular tenders were fresh out the fryer. I shared some of my tenders with him and our dogs ate the spicy ones. No one went hungry. This isn't a usual occurrence which is why I still give 5 stars (everyone has an off day)Parking: The parking lot is super dark.

I was so excited to get to try out this restaurant but it ended up being a very greasy, dirty little restaurant with really high prices and sub-par food. I'd never been to one as they aren't anywhere near where I live. But we finally went during a long drive after seeing the commercials for years and it was just really bad compared to what I was hoping it was. The food was the same price as KFC but tasted way worse. The fries and biscuits were okay. The sauces were awful. The tables were sticky. I do wish it had lived up to expectations. :( But at least we now know! Our little family will be eating at Olive Garden next time for the same price! Happy Eating!
