We went during happy hour. We ordered on both their regular menu and happy hour menu. My wife got beef skewer bowl and I got a double burger with spicy fries. We also had a couple cocktails each. The service was excellent, other than the food coming out faster than the cocktails, but we didn't mind because the food was hot and amazingly tasty and cocktails were top notch and took time. We definitely would be coming back. The inside was cranking the AC so we enjoyed sitting outside in the back patio.

If you have never been to Roselle's restaurant, make it your next dinner date! By nature, I'm curious and love trying different flavors of food and Roselle's hits the spot‼️ The yuzu sesame salad has delightful new flavors that are different from any I've tasted before. If you like tater tots, you have to try the rice tots! My husband gets the mushroom skewers every time. And if you're looking for a handcrafted cocktail or mocktail, this is the place! After all, it is a bar. So don't come here looking for large portions of comfort food, however, their tomato, Thai basil soup and grilled cheese is amazing. There is plenty to eat and fill up on, but as Scott says it's not restaurant-forward, it's bar-forward. Scott is a great host. He stopped by our table last night to see how everything was. My friend thought her salad was too spicy and he bent over backwards, bringing her two other choices that were not on the menu. All with a smile on his face! Next I want to try their brunch menu 😋

Really great cocktails, really amazing prices for the quality, amazing customer service, nice music but not too loud, ambiance is nice but not pretentious plus they have an amazing selection of rare tequilas like fortaleza, el Tosoro.
Scott and Carlos have created a truly elevated bar experience in Chico. The thoughtfulness of the menu, design, and bar program are in a class of bars in larger cities.
Dana, Drew and the other staff are intentional in their appreciation and take the time to break down the sometimes complex recipes.
With the way this bar/lounge is set up, it’s supposed to be that way, it might take some old timers and luddites some time to figure it out… but don’t pander to them. Keep doing what you’re doing! We loved it and brought some first timers who loved it too!
And not to mention you can book through Google maps, and a few other ways online. This place is ahead of the curve for Chico
