So i ordered a pizza calling in. I was spacific that i had a coupon. I sent a friend to pick it up since i have a mobility problem. He had the coupon and written instructions. But still problems.1 there is a service fee. I understand this even if i do not like it. But the fee was 1.40 on the app and 1.59 in the store. i would have used the app if it had taken my coupon. but the app would not. the coupon was goof till 1-31-24. today is 1-19-2024.2 They then did the wrong coupon and charged me 2 dollars more.3 i love there ranch and always order more than i need. I do understand that i have to pay for them. I was chatged for 5 ranches and i got 5 ranches but not the 2 free that come with the side order of the twists. some times they will give 1 or two with the pizza.This is not the first or second time I have had a coupon that they over charged me with. Last time was 20 dollars over charge when i saw the reciept.This time it was 5 dollars. I know this is not a million dollars. But i have a good coupon and want what they advertise. Not to be charged more every time i feel i go in. please fix this

I feel bad for the two guys in the back making pizza, hustling , working hard and seemingly running the place while the person at the register was busy doing who knows what on her cell phone. I let her know there was a huge puddle on the tile and she responded "give me a minute" and never addressed it. Another girl came out and brought us the completely wrong pizza after 40 minutes (I was told there would be a 30-45 minute wait so that was expected) and I showed her the puddle and she tried to hand me a soaking wet towel to clean it, I let her know it would require a mop or a few dry towels and she scowled at me and walked away. We got our correct pizza 20 more minutes later and asked for a to-go box and pointed out the puddle for a third time and said,"Look, someone is going to fall and injure themselves, it needs cleaned up!" ..... And they said "we're busy tonight". When I was told they're busy there was nobody in line and probably 5 occupied tables. Pretty sure the girl on her phone had enough time to ensure the safety of their customers buying $30 medium pizzas. In food, retail, health care, customer service, whatever the industry, safety is always number one and they couldn't be bothered with safety. I will not be returning unfortunately as the pizza was delicious. Good job to the pizza chefs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 stars.Ordered a pizza with a coupon, walked in and they handed it to me before I paid, which I now realize I should have just taken rather than trying to save someone a write up and steal food. Manager said they could not honor coupon or comp food in any way. Went to Popeyes, got free sauce. This place can kick rocks. Wack crew except for the guy hustling making pizzas in the back that almost gave me the free pizza.

This restaurant is SO disgustingly filthy. When we arrived every booth except one was covered with food and dirty dishes/glassware. Not once in the 45 minutes that we were there did anyone bus the tables. The carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. When they brought our pizza to the table, we had to ask for plates. Well, maybe I said plate because that's exactly what they brought for two people - one plate. And it was dirty. I can only guess that the manager was on vacation because otherwise he or she should be fired.
