There's never anyone staffed here. The staff on hand are working their butts off, but there aren't enough of them. Every employee is trying to be in 3 places at once. If there were more people working, I'd be here more frequently and be able to order more each visit. Please address your staffing issue.

I would rate this lower , but don't have the ability to give below one star. We made a reservation in advance for a birthday party for 14 adults. We were informed at the beginning of the visit that there was no ice (it was 103 degrees today) and that there was a 15% gratuity. We asked if they could get more ice and were told that they were not allowed to. The party room temperature was also much warmer than the main dining room. The salad bar was a mess and there were no forks. Our group received metal forks as they were washed after asking, as they were also out of plastic forks. I asked for plates when the first pizza was brought out. We were assured that the server would being them to the table. After 15 minutes, I walked to the counter and asked for them and could tell that we were long forgotten. When we tried to discuss the poor service and other shortcomings we were told that we could talk to corporate. They also reaffirmed that we had to pay the gratuity, which we did. I love Round Table pizza, but have to say this is one of the worst dining experiences that I've had. I don't normally write reviews, but don't feel like I can overlook this experience.

Had our Pizza Social last night for Chico Area Fly Fishers. Great pizza as usual and a nice clean store with great service.
Haven't been to Round Table in years, and my trip last night reminded me why.
Large pizza with one topping is $30 -- the quality was good, but that's just a completely outrageous price for that kind of order. Salad bar was $9/each, with one trip only and wilted ingredients. Service was basically non-existent.
I don't know how these people stay in business. If I want to overpay for dine-in pizza, I'll go to Woodstock.
