TOO LOUD!!! We had to ask the waitress to turn down the music volume; there were 2 or 3 different kinds of music all BLARING from different sources at the same time! It was very uncomfortable and disturbing, and even after we asked it was still too loud and distracting. They also messed up our order, was supposed to get an entire veggie pizza with half pepperoni; received instead a half pepperoni, half veggie. The pizza was good, but we won't be eating in there again (maybe takeout).

We ordered two pizzas at 4:33pm for delivery. 6:20- still no pizzas. Call them âSorry, we donât have any drivers.â
Wait what? âDo you still want the order?â Yes we want the order, we paid for it! âYou will have to come pick it up and we will waive the delivery fee.â
Why did you not call us? âSorry, I must have missed your number.â
Tell them we are coming to pick it upâŠ. âWell it will be 25 minutesâ
Wait, no, get our order now, we have been waiting almost two hours.
I go to pick up the pizzas. The cook comes around the corner with big attitude about only having one person for the last three hours. I said they knew that when they took out order.
Now I am very upset and raising my voice Shane the manager comes over puffing out his chest and tells me to get out! I accuse him of stealing from us, taking our payment, not delivering out pizzas and not giving us a refund. I call PD. Once I called PD he issues the refund and tells me get out. I told him I will be here until PD arrives.
My family ordered a pizza just after nine o'clock pm for delivery on a Saturday... only 1.5 miles away from the restaurant... we submitted our credit card information to pay in full... they processed the order, and just after one hour had passed, the restaurant contacted us back to tell us that they did not have a delivery driver and after we waited almost one full hour for our dinner to arrive... to tell us that it was not available... & that they had no delivery driver to bring us our pizza. They would not be delivering our pizza, and they would cancel the order and void out our payment. Now it is to late to order anywhere else... and our family is left wanting & hungry. If they had no delivery driver available, they should have just told us at the time that we placed the order an hour previous!! Super inconvenienced... & unfortunate. Completely wasted our time.

There's never anyone staffed here. The staff on hand are working their butts off, but there aren't enough of them. Every employee is trying to be in 3 places at once. If there were more people working, I'd be here more frequently and be able to order more each visit. Please address your staffing issue.

I would rate this lower , but don't have the ability to give below one star. We made a reservation in advance for a birthday party for 14 adults. We were informed at the beginning of the visit that there was no ice (it was 103 degrees today) and that there was a 15% gratuity. We asked if they could get more ice and were told that they were not allowed to. The party room temperature was also much warmer than the main dining room. The salad bar was a mess and there were no forks. Our group received metal forks as they were washed after asking, as they were also out of plastic forks. I asked for plates when the first pizza was brought out. We were assured that the server would being them to the table. After 15 minutes, I walked to the counter and asked for them and could tell that we were long forgotten. When we tried to discuss the poor service and other shortcomings we were told that we could talk to corporate. They also reaffirmed that we had to pay the gratuity, which we did. I love Round Table pizza, but have to say this is one of the worst dining experiences that I've had. I don't normally write reviews, but don't feel like I can overlook this experience.
