Never seen such a light jerk sauce! Def wish it was spicier. Salmon sandwich wasn't for me, but everything else was very good and flavorful! Not saying sandwich was bad it just wasn't what I was expecting! Def had great flavor. Would definitely recommend! Oxtails, goat curry and chicken stew! 10 out of 10! Owner and service 10 out of 10! I forgot the jerk chicken 20 out of 10 seasoned to the bone! What a gem! Great find in chico! Will def visit anytime I make it that way!

I ordered the jerk chicken sandwhich with fries and plaintain with ginger lemon drink and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! The sandwhich had so much flavor!!! The atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel super comfortable and at home. They were super nice, friendly, and welcoming to me. What a great experience and will definitely be back again soon!

I had the ackee and saltfish at Sipho’s and it was seriously good. The saltfish was perfectly seasoned and paired so well with the creamy ackee, peppers, and onions—it felt like a really comforting, homemade meal. I’ve tried a few other dishes here too, and everything has been flavorful and delicious. If you’re in Chico and craving something unique and satisfying, Sipho’s is a must.

Incredible food and even better vibes! Siphos is a true gem. The jerk chicken and brown stewed chicken were my favorites, but honestly, everything I tried was delicious—including their fish. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. Sipho, the owner, is amazing—he’ll pop out to check in and make you feel right at home. What a great experience! We ordered jerk chicken, brown stewed chicken, and Ackee & Salt fish. All the dishes were absolutely flavorful. We had the pleasure of hearing the chef share his story, from which we learned that the authentic flavors are an inheritance from the chef’s grandparents and the spices are his own blend, never manufactured. The waitress was also extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the food as well. It felt really homey to dine here. Highly recommend it!

I’m from the south so I eat oxtail and neck bones on a regular. I ordered the oxtail plate and I’m 100 percent sure they were neck bones and not oxtails. I’m still disappointed two weeks later. Obviously, the people of Chico don’t know the difference.
