When you have a doordash order to pick up and they call out the name from the kitchen, the girl working just ignores it and proceeds to go spend over 5 minutes to take orders from the people that are just sitting in there at a table instead of just bagging up the doordash order first that is already made and ready to be picked up and then goes and plays with plastic bags underneath the counter instead of going into the kitchen to grab the doordash order to bag it up

Called in an order got a very kind and friendly server. Food was perfect and the service was great. I love sliders, awesome place. If your hungry get the BBQ sampler you get a nice portion of there most popular finger lickin options! Keep up the great yall do!

What started in a food truck and grew into this awesome resturaunt . This family has come a long away. Very nice owner. The food is the best for bbq i think in town . His variety of sauces is excellant best in town!! I highly recommend this place to eat or even just come chill and have a drink. The resturaunt is very clean and overall carrys a good feeling when you walk through the door. Prices are great and the customer service is excellant . You wont be disapointed so bring the family or come with friends have some drinks in an excellant environment !!! Good job on moving up SLYDERZ!!!

This place is the place to if you like smoked brisket or pulled pork or 5 star chili the sign say beer and barbeque but that's just the begining the food is excellent the staff are great and the atmosphere is way beyond anywhere else in Chico. I give this place a 10 out of ten double what these other places in Chico who got 4.5 or 5 rating go check it out yourself you won't be sorry

COLD FOOD AND WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR IT?! I don’t even know why this place has 4 stars. We got the fire fries , burger and brisket. The place wasn’t busy, probably like 2 other tables since it was earlier in the day. They served us one water when there was two of us so we asked for another and it took us two times to ask for them to give it to us while they gave water to the tables next to us that just got sat. The fries were served about 20 minutes of waiting and it wasn’t even fresh. And then 15 min later our food was served and again not even fresh it was room temperature like it was sitting there for a while and we sat for a good second without utensils so we also had to ask them for that. The chili fries wasn’t good either and couldn’t even finish it. The brisket was overcooked and the baked potato was undercooked. Very disappointed by the service and the food. Wouldn’t come back

If I could it would be zero... apparently the manager likes to verbally abuse and yell at his staff...was in 3 wks ago and over heard him in the back yelling at a server ...then today witnessed a young server go in and could here him cussing and yelling at her...she came out with tears in her eyes and left...I will not be back...I don't like establishments that can not handle their employees with dignity and respect even with disciplinary issues...I someone said he was the owner...WELL SHAME ON YOU!!! If you are ...good luck keeping staff in your start up with that behavior...I hope I see that young lady around she needs to have a hug!
