Response to the business owner: I arrived at your food truck closer to 5:30, not sure why you're confused about the fact that your staff closed well before 6 on Monday. Also you mentioned your updated hours are 6 p.m. closing, your website and Google both show closing at 7:00. Really seems like you guys have some problems stemming from lack of management.

Went by with my family of 5 tonight, they had 2 ugly fat broads working with no customer service skills, decided to take my money elsewhere, won't be back and don't recommend giving them your hard earned money.

They have high-quality burgers. Patties are thick and meat is cooked great with pink in the middle. I love how affordable they are and their wide selection of sauces. They definitely aim to please!

I ordered thru Doordash 19 days ago but haven't had a chance to leave a review. I always drive down Nord and see this Food Truck posted up but never thought twice to stop and get food. I gave them a try on July 20th around Noon and man was I impressed. I opted for the "Pick 2 Sliders" option so I could try more than one thing on the menu. The sliders were definitely bigger than i expected! I ordered the Luau Burger and the Mother Clucker which by the name I assumed was a Chicken Sandwich. It came with an order of fries and man was the portion size more than enough. You can't beat that price either! For under $15 you get two sliders and an order of fries. I'd be surprised if anyone was still hungry after eating this. My friend also opted for the same option and chose The All American and The Cowgirl. We were very pleased at the quality of the food, the fast delivery time and the overall price point. Thank you guys!! There aren't too many burger spots that in my opinion stand out from the others but your on the top of the list!

Got my order completely wrong and French fries were cooked to hell. I wanted it to be better and I should have listened to my parents saying it wasn't good either.

We hired Slyderz for our Wedding and it was hands down the best decision. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We even had a mishap with the truck going up the wrong dirt road, but David toughed it out with a couple of our guest, got out of the rough spot and showed up with a smile on his face and delicious food to celebrate with. Don't hesitate, just go eat. P.S. the brisket tastes like BACON. Enough said.

I come to Slyderz semi-often, mostly for the chili dogs. The chili they make is straight fire, and it goes super well with their hot dogs. Best place for burgers and dogs in Chico for sure.

I go back everh time and get a you pick two jalepeño popper burger with that raspberry sauce!!! Good god that stuff is like cr*ck !! definitely try the fried mac n cheese too. Best sauce is the yellowjacket sauce: literally undefeated for mustard lovers. I wish i could buy a bottle of it for home!

Honestly, the food is pretty good but they are never open when they say they are. I've been trying to eat here for several weeks and they are closed every time during open hours. I finally caught them with people there and asked them what time they closed, and the girl said 6, but it was 5:45 and they weren't serving anymore. Then I went at 5:00 on a Saturday and they were closed. I do understand not having staff but it's getting to be ridiculous.

Love this place for breakfast and lunch. Amazing biscuits and gravy. Their sausage is unique, and so tasty. A great place to sit and watch the city go by. Super friendly people there too.

Several of us ordered from the food truck at Woofstock - one chicken sandwich was undercooked (slightly pink) and the bottom bun was too soggy to pick up. I know things happen sometimes and I wouldn't do a bad review just for that. The real problem came when we took the sandwich back and told them about the problem. First he denied it was pink at all and argued that there was nothing wrong with it. He reluctantly made a new sandwich, which he then overcooked to make a point. Customer service counts for everything. We can handle undercooked chicken if the problem is resolved - treating us poorly means you won't get our business again.
