Snow Man Ramen is a little gem with spectacular entrees. The spicy ramen and shrimp fried rice are addiction-worthy. The tonkatsu ramen is fantastic, with exceptional service. The noodles have a nice fresh chew, the broth is savory and umami, and the pork is very flavorful. The owner is kind and always checks up on customers. Delicious food with impeccable flavors.
