UNREAL I LOVE IT!! I got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was FANTASTIC. super authentic. I used to live in a major city so we had quite a few really awesome ramen spots. People here really seem to hype up “Momona” and when I went it was very much Americanized so wasn’t a fan. I am beyond happy I found this place as ramen is one of my favorite Japanese dishes besides sushi! Kind of stumbled upon because was going for a bowl of pho next door but it was closed. Owner was extremely kind and even gave hugs on the way out :,) cute cozy comfortable atmosphere with awesome service. Great gyoza too! Leaving a pic but sorry it isn’t the best quality ?
Vegetarian options: I’m not vegan or vegetarian but the back of the menu is all veg friendly :-)

Warm welcoming and super clean restaurant. We ordered two appetizers, green tea, Dr Pepper, vegetarian udon and miso ramen with an extra egg and it was under $50. The food was delicious the best vegetarian egg rolls I had. They are handmade egg rolls and worth the price for 4 of them. The server was super sweet and made sure we were taken care of. She bagged our leftovers and always gave us a smile. The menu has the ingredients listed of the food items as well as the prices. One of the best restaurants in Chico CA I have to say. You won’t be disappointed and leave the restaurant with a happy belly.

Their spicy ramen and shrimp fried rice are addiction worthy they’re so good ? okay seriously though, they have amazing entrees! They are so kind and very punctual with completing orders. Best rice I have ever had. The ramen….the noodles, broth, pork, veggies ?? spectacular. The noodles have a nice fresh chew. The broth is savory and umami. It is impeccable! The pork is very tender and the veggies are fresh with a nice crunch. Can’t say enough positives about this little gem.
