staff is great, drinks are always great… i wasnt sure what i wanted so they made me samples of the new holiday drinks to try… sugar cookie will be my new daily drink and i hope it stays… hard to find somewhere that the staff clearly enjoy helping their guests, definitely a gem

I come here when I have a booth at the Thursday Night Market and they are always ready to get you the drink you want and the snack you need. It can get hot during the market and having this location open is great.
It is a nice location, wheelchair accessible entrance, it is a very expansive entrance ramp. It is kept clean, well lit, no matter how busy it is the staff are always on top of the orders and will give you the proper estimation of wait time before you order.
Go early in the morning (like before 8) and there is plenty of parking. Way better than waiting in drive thru at other locations in town for a half hour

I ordered a black tea and there were no other customers. It took 4 people to figure out how to make a hot tea. When one of the baristas asked the others if it was made already, they all shrugged. That barista should be the manager since she's the only one who clearly cared about customer service. Will definitely not be coming back.

Honestly, it’s always a mix whether my drinks taste good or not my peppermint mocha today was like 10 out of 10, but my apple crisp frap yesterday was like a 5 out of 10, they made the drink without whip cream which it’s supposed to have, had to ask for it on top and then they didn’t even do the sprinkles either and the syrup all separated and was already fallen to the bottom when I picked it up like 5 mins after it said it was done on the app. Not worth it in my opinion. You never know whether you get high quality drink or one where you take 2 sips and don’t finish it.
