Honestly it all depends who’s making the drinks. I come here once in a while because it’s a 50/50 I’ll be happy. Sometimes my venti is full to the top, and other times it’s an inch away from top with ice being the main course. It’s weird because I order the same thing every time . Venti Brown sugar oat milk iced espresso . The food you can’t complain because it’s prepackaged and just warmed up. Drive thru service is always fine, it’s just whoever makes the drinks is ruining the experience

Visited from out of town today and the oven wasn’t working so I needed up turning around. It was an inconvenience for my family and I. The employees were pretty nice about it and offered for me to take the food form. Probably won’t return when I visit Chico because the location is a bit ‘ghetto.’
Kid-friendliness: Kids couldn’t eat their food because their oven was broken.

The worst Mocha Frapp I have ever had. What makes it worse is the fact that it was made by the manager who seems more interested in chatting with her Co workers then tending to her customers. Din't take the time to blend my drink properly. I found chocolate chips so big they became stuck in the straw.
As always the best place to have a delicious cappuccino

Bad service. I order the ice guava green tea at somewhere else; it has no problem at all. This store made the tea never taste right. ( either too much, or you cannot taste the guava at all)
