This is one of my favorite Bucks in Chico. The staff are super friendly and quick to remember you and your goto. I bring in my own mug in the morning, greeted by name, tap and pay and just like that I'm out the door with a perfect caffeinated beverage just the way I like it.

Awesome! Had a clock and non violent danger experience. A man tried to trick me by doing in the back door out the front door give me the slip.😂 I waited a little while in the 4x4. Took off and encountered him five blocks away. Not even a clue he slipped out the front door. Suspicious behavior, hhmmm

Coffee was the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. There was no blender in the in the joint I didn’t get to see them make my coffee. I said my coffee didn’t taste very well. They said oh well I will not be returning to the Starbucks ever again. My wife’s coffee was horrible. It was barely sweet. Tasted as if they put hot coffee with ice. The whipped cream just tasted like bad milk.

Got a venti medium drip coffee, was so watery it was about 1/3 strength at best. Didn't realize this until later, and didn't have time to go back.

I love the Starbucks only because there's a certain person that works there that is just amazing the customer service from this person is beyond expectations this person needs to be recognized 100%. this person demeanor and just vibing and just a really good person is the only reason why I go to this starbucks.. I was going to stop going to Starbucks but because of this one individual I continue to go only because the customer service that this person dishes out is just amazing I absolutely love this person and that person's name is Moth. I truly believe that Starbucks employees that go beyond their expectations every time need to be recognized and Moth is that person. I will be calling the managers and corporate office to see what I can do about getting Moth recognized, I'm so serious. Love you Moth
