Absolutely great experience. This is my first time visiting this starbucks location. I had a big group with me and the people on staff are so patient with our group. Many were not sure what they were going to order and it took a bit longer which held up the line. The staff working helped us out with figuring which drinks we wanted to order. Our order came out quickly. The store was clean and seemed kept up. Bathrooms were great for being in Chico.
Shout out to Adri I think her name was really went above and beyond to help the ladies in our group!

I was waiting for my wife's mobile order when a manager, who I assume is a manager because she had a different apron than the rest of the employees; was showing the other employees her back tattoo that went very low.
I come in with my young daughter and don't appreciate her being exposed to things like this.
I would have went to Bottoms up if that was the case!

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! The team was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really went above and beyond — serving my tea in a mug and my food on a plate, which made everything feel a little extra special. The presentation was lovely, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The store itself was spotless and had such a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. It’s always nice to enjoy great service and a clean, relaxing space — definitely a 5-star visit!

Nope. Don't go here. You can order the same thing cheaper at the Skyway/Notre Dame store.

It's taken up to 45 minutes for a drip coffee, even if you are the first customer of the day. The old lady that works afternoons is racist and will gaslight customers just to be lazy. They don't care about about the community. The keypad to the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in 2 years. (I left a sticky pastry fingerprint on accident and it's still there.) This location should have closed permanently during the 2020-2021 lockdown.

Fast service and the beverages are great. Didn't have to wait long. There is pastries and breakfast sandwichs. A few lunchadles to. Plenty of seating at the times I visited. Kind and polite service personnel. I say go and tip cash tips generously.🤸
