The people there know me, know what I want and are always on point. For a large corporation, thats far more than I would expect. They give me those good, hometown vibes.

Nope. Don't go here. You can order the same thing cheaper at the Skyway/Notre Dame store.

It's taken up to 45 minutes for a drip coffee, even if you are the first customer of the day. The old lady that works afternoons is racist and will gaslight customers just to be lazy. They don't care about about the community. The keypad to the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in 2 years. (I left a sticky pastry fingerprint on accident and it's still there.) This location should have closed permanently during the 2020-2021 lockdown.

Fast service and the beverages are great. Didn't have to wait long. There is pastries and breakfast sandwichs. A few lunchadles to. Plenty of seating at the times I visited. Kind and polite service personnel. I say go and tip cash tips generously.🤸

WORST starbucks in chico. Avoid here if possible because i can guarantee you that your order will be wrong and messed up. The lack major responsibility when it comes to paying attention to orders. I ordered a Venti matcha drink just to receive a tall after waiting 15 min for it to be made???? That’s not even close to the size i ordered. Do better, you guys are supposed to be fast an efficient but this stores employees are quite the opposite

The wild white haired lady has struck again!! The absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, that lady is super rude. The minute I sat down she asked if I wanted to order then walked over and said do need to order something? I told her not this very moment as I was getting situated and I was asked to leave.

Nice store would be better if the girl with the rude attitude and bossy mouth in the morning could leave all that at home and try smiling and be more work centered and focused

Best Starbucks in town. Everyone is friendly, drinks are always made very well. Drinks are constantly great, unlike the one on Esplanade (disgusting).

Worst Starbucks in Chico. My wife did an online order and arrived to find the store closed. Her, along with about 5 other people waiting outside looking into a dark empty store.
Normally you just have to wait forever here since they move so slowly but accepting online orders when the store isn't even open is next level incompetent. No excuses.
