Absolutely great experience. This is my first time visiting this starbucks location. I had a big group with me and the people on staff are so patient with our group. Many were not sure what they were going to order and it took a bit longer which held up the line. The staff working helped us out with figuring which drinks we wanted to order. Our order came out quickly. The store was clean and seemed kept up. Bathrooms were great for being in Chico.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! The team was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really went above and beyond — serving my tea in a mug and my food on a plate, which made everything feel a little extra special. Fast service and the beverages are great. Didn't have to wait long. There is pastries and breakfast sandwichs. A few lunchadles to. Plenty of seating at the times I visited. Kind and polite service personnel. I say go and tip cash tips generously.🤸
