Victor does not know how to read or what locations are in Chico. I placed an order thru the app, I got a notification it was ready, I proceeded to Subway. I asked for my order after being prompted and asked if I had an order for pickup. I saw my sandwich on the counter upon walking up to the counter. The young male that was working very quickly looked at the sandwiches and told me it wasn’t there. I opened the app and showed him the order, he then told me that it wasn’t a different location(THERES ONLY ONE SUBWAY ON NORD). And I told him my sandwich is here(because I could literally see my name on the receipt) and he told me it wasn’t. The female working at the time looked at the sandwiches and told me my sandwich was there.
If the manager of this location reads reviews at all, Victor needs some training or to be fired. That was a terrible experience and if he wants to have a power trip and withhold someone sandwich they paid for already when the customer can literally see their name on a receipt taped to a sandwich, you should probably fire him.
You price gouge for a deli sandwich and when I show up to get it, you tell me it’s not mine, what a joke.
Fire Victor. Victor specifically is a problem.

Extremely slow me and the other costumer just ended up leaving and not getting food only one working was making food and they seemed like they were sick with sneezing and sucking up snot

Don't let the scanner by the register fool you, paper coupons don't work here. Can't blame the workers, they're just slaves to what the computer allows and what the owner/franchisee has set up. Love getting asked to pay almost twice as much as I was expecting because I didn't want to walk out and waste food.

Went in three times just trying to get lunch. Employees rude each time. Ordered inside the restaurant first. Employees couldn't figure out how to process egift card and didn't have any other payment method. So left after 30 minutes without any food. I then ordered a blt online and got a sandwich with rotten tomatoes on it and then when I tried to get it remade was told they would not remake the sandwich for me and then on my way out the employee yelled at me to pay for the order they couldn't figure out the payment on. Terrible experience and I Will never go to this subway again. Come here if you want to be disrespected and disappointed! UNACCEPTABLE!

Had the worst fast food experience I've ever had. It took half an hour for me to get two simple 6in sandwiches. There was a person in front of me who was ordering. After they were done I was next in line but there was a group of 4 high school students already sitting down. And the guy making the sandwiches asked if those people sitting down were ready to order even though I was standing right in front of him in line ready to order. So the 4 high schoolers came up and ordered while the guy making the order was nice and talking to them. But because he was making small talk he took a long time making their sandwiches and was in no rush to try and get the sandwiches done quickly. After he was done making these sandwiches there was a to go order person who came in after me, so the guy making the sandwiches made the to go order sandwich before mine. Then he finally got to me. I have to stress again that it took half an hour for them to get to my order. My hope is that subway staffs this location on Nord better in the future and talk to their workers about the importance of going as quickly as possible through orders and at least apologizing when they are taking a long time. A big thing too was that the highschoolers weren't even in line but he asked them to go in front of me. Not cool and i was in a rush and couldn't eat dinner with my significant other because they had to go to work before I could get the sandwiches.

Worst subway i have EVER been to. The worker was rude, put down 3 slices of turkey, and when I asked for extra, he said “that is extra”.

I use to work at subway so ik the measurements of what goes on what food and I just ordered 2 sandwiches and there is less meat then there is susposed to and I ordered avocado which is 3.00 dollar plus add on and there is LITERALLY one slice on each half. Usually I don’t care but when what I’m paying for is the meat and add ons, and I don’t even get all of that it’s annoying and slightly a ripe off.

The two guys working on the 7th could not have seemed more miserable at their job. If you can’t even be bothered to read the ticket printed for you maybe try an easier job.. also they don’t do refunds so I was left with 2 inedible foot longs and I’m just solUpdate: so apparently whoever runs this absolute garbage dump is aware and just doesn’t care. Must be easy money for you to just absolutely screw over your customers

This is my first Google review ever. I’m not the reviewing type of person. I only go here because it’s close to my house and my daughter likes a very simple sandwich when it’s made with at least the bare minimum of effort or attention. Everyone who works here seems like they would happier about to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge to end it all. I’ve seen wet rags with more charisma and character. A zombie could make a better sandwich. Whoever owns and manages this sad establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I realize it’s a subway on the college side of town and people have issues but have a little pride in your job there’s people who could put work these lames in their sleep. It’s depressing and almost embarrassing every time I go in here which is weekly. Get it together!
