I went in here to get a cup of water and the water wasnt bad. I like the bricks that are used to build the walls

first of all my sandwich was cut super unevenly like 3 inches and 9 inches and secondly asked for less salt and my subway was salty that it was inedible and there was a piece of some random paper that was embedded inside the bread, it wasnt ON THE BREAD it was INSIDE IT. I HAD TO THROW MY FOOD

I got delivery for a ft long and they sent me a 6 in then told me there was nothing they could do to refund me or get the right order...This place is a scam
My son went to get food. He has A free period from PV high school and one of the employees was questioning him about why he wasn’t in school. She asked to see his schedule. He is a minor and I did not appreciate that at all. It’s none of her business!! This same lady tried to over Charge, my son’s friend for a sandwich. He questioned her and then she said oh yeah, that’s right that’s not the right amount. And a couple of girls that were there said that she tried to overcharge them as well. We really like Subway and it’s healthy for our kids, but we can’t believe that they would conduct business like this.
This location is never welcoming, the young lady’s don’t greet you when you walk in , they never seem happy and always as if they want to go home. It’s unpleasant it’s just a close and convenient location. It’s such a slow store you would think she has time to have excellent customer service but it’s always the same dry greeting. She doesn’t label the sandwiches when she makes more than. Hopefully her service improves. Other than that it would be such a great store.

Subway doesn't deliver food. Only 3rd party apps like door dash deliver food.And so sorry for the person who had a bad experience at that location. Usually if you call and talk to the manager with any complaints or discrepancies the issue will be resolved immediately. I know they have had a hard time finding decent employees lately, but the ones that are good mean well and don't like working around snotty people just as much as the customers don't like being served by them.

Went to Subway on East Ave by Save Mart tonight and was disappointed. First we ordered sandwiches on sourdough rolls and were told - discontinued. Okay I can live with that. Next I ordered a turkey sandwich and asked for Swiss cheese on it. We were told - discontinued. What!? What kind of decent sandwich place doesn't have Swiss cheese? Then they proceeded to make my husband's sandwich with what I had ordered on mine(minus the Swiss and turkey) but with the meat and cheese he ordered. Had to remake it. In the end the sandwiches were definitely sub par. Not much meat or cheese but lots of slightly brown lettuce. So much so that we had to take off most of the lettuce to be able to even taste the meat. And no Swiss cheese anymore. So sad?

Our daughter just went there to pick up three sandwiches for her mom and dad and it was absolutely delicious. Subway has come a long ways and I haven’t had anything bad there for a long time and their food was absolutely fresh. The bread was fresh. Everything was delicious. Thank you subway.

At 7:15pm today February 28), I was ordering my sandwich as I normally would at any other subway store (I’m used to being asked which veggies I want before the sauces, every single time) so when I was asked what sauces I wanted first, I was a little thrown off guard and instinctively asked if I could put the veggies on first. The young girl attending me paused and then scoffed before she began making my sandwich with excessive gestures like slamming the lids and dropping the sauces down. She refused to speak to me for the rest of the transaction, making me feel as though it was the dumbest thing in the world for me to have asked her to do the small gesture. The lack of basic customer service was appalling and extremely unprofessional. I was surprised a girl with her manners managed to secure a fast food job with that attitude. I wish I would have gotten down her name because this experience honestly made me most definitely not want to come back to this location again (we only came here because they stayed open later).
