This was unprofessional. I literally have been here many times trying to give them opportunity after opportunity and with the new management - thought that might be different. Same long wait for ordering when using the app. Today, 18 December, I placed an order for two sandwiches, they had about 20 minutes to make them, then I walk in and wait an additional 5 to 10 to be courteous as I know they are serving others before I went up and asked for my order. When I did, I got “we’re working on it” and she points to the counter with nothing on it and a guy who is alone trying to keep up with the busyness of the line - she just walked in from either a break or something. So, this is just poor management and that lady who said that to me as been there before the new management. Definitely hasn’t changed her style of nonchalant “I do things when I come around to it and use up the customer’s patience and then when they ask for a refund lash out at them.”

Waiting for a refund from Subway app, let’s hope they do it.

Don’t go to this location. Take it from a guy who has tried them over a dozen times.

They suck! We ordered to go and arrived early. Waited until 11 when it was supposed to be ready. Saw a few people go in as we sat in our car. When we went it it was one person making the sandwiches and ours wasn’t even started. Then another employee arrived, presumably late, and started helping the customers that had arrived. No one addressed us or told us that they were working on our order. We asked for a refund and they said call corporate! Both of them were rude and so unprofessional. Never go here. Go somewhere else. New management sucks like the old one.

They do not accept coupons anymore. There are no signs so it will be a fun experience at the register. Employee also tried to rip me off when I wanted double meat by only adding one extra scoop of tuna then arguing with me about it. Terrible experience and the last time I go to this particular Subway.

first of all my sandwich was cut super unevenly like 3 inches and 9 inches and secondly asked for less salt and my subway was salty that it was inedible and there was a piece of some random paper that was embedded inside the bread, it wasnt ON THE BREAD it was INSIDE IT. I HAD TO THROW MY FOOD

My son went to get food. He has A free period from PV high school and one of the employees was questioning him about why he wasn’t in school. She asked to see his schedule. He is a minor and I did not appreciate that at all. It’s none of her business!! This same lady tried to over Charge, my son’s friend for a sandwich. He questioned her and then she said oh yeah, that’s right that’s not the right amount. And a couple of girls that were there said that she tried to overcharge them as well. We really like Subway and it’s healthy for our kids, but we can’t believe that they would conduct business like this.

This location is never welcoming, the young lady’s don’t greet you when you walk in , they never seem happy and always as if they want to go home. It’s unpleasant it’s just a close and convenient location. It’s such a slow store you would think she has time to have excellent customer service but it’s always the same dry greeting. She doesn’t label the sandwiches when she makes more than. Hopefully her service improves. Other than that it would be such a great store.

Subway doesn't deliver food. Only 3rd party apps like door dash deliver food.And so sorry for the person who had a bad experience at that location. Usually if you call and talk to the manager with any complaints or discrepancies the issue will be resolved immediately. I know they have had a hard time finding decent employees lately, but the ones that are good mean well and don't like working around snotty people just as much as the customers don't like being served by them.

Went to Subway on East Ave by Save Mart tonight and was disappointed. First we ordered sandwiches on sourdough rolls and were told - discontinued. Okay I can live with that. Next I ordered a turkey sandwich and asked for Swiss cheese on it. We were told - discontinued. What!? What kind of decent sandwich place doesn't have Swiss cheese? Then they proceeded to make my husband's sandwich with what I had ordered on mine(minus the Swiss and turkey) but with the meat and cheese he ordered. Had to remake it. In the end the sandwiches were definitely sub par. Not much meat or cheese but lots of slightly brown lettuce. So much so that we had to take off most of the lettuce to be able to even taste the meat. And no Swiss cheese anymore. So sad?
