Subway doesn't deliver food. Only 3rd party apps like door dash deliver food.And so sorry for the person who had a bad experience at that location. Usually if you call and talk to the manager with any complaints or discrepancies the issue will be resolved immediately. I know they have had a hard time finding decent employees lately, but the ones that are good mean well and don't like working around snotty people just as much as the customers don't like being served...
