“This place and all of its employees deserve the fattest shout out. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I absolutely HAD to leave a review. Impeccable customer service and resolution skills. My experience here is always top tier, yet no one is perfect and when I had a minuscule issue, the employees collectively resolved the problem with haste and the best customer service I have ever received. Always pleasant and quick. I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town, I will drive here just for the positive experience I consistently receive. Y’all are awesome sauce. Thank you👍👌💯%“

“Shoutout to East Ave Taco Bell. The staff was super kind even with how busy it gets.
& also a special shoutout to the woman at the second window in the purple sweater ( maybe manager)
She was really sweet, and you could tell she supports her team the same way.

As I walked past The Taco Bell I noticed the lobby was closed but the drive-thru was still open. I was able to flag down an employee. He said that he would speak to his manager about possibly skirting the drive-thru to get us food from the lobby because we didn't have a car. After that we waited intently for the food. It was probably some of the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life and I think the manager dearly for providing us with Taco Bell. Even though he didn't have to, I feel like a walk through Taco Bell should be a thing, not just drive through. Five stars“
