After ordering my food and finding a table, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told that in order to use the bathroom, someone would have to walk me to the bathroom to unlock it for me. This was a yellow key. It was awkward, but I really had to go. Immediately after coming out, I saw a women enter the bathroom with a pink key in her hand that she had been given. I was told pink means it's an employee key, but this person was not wearing employee clothing and did not appear to be an employee. This clearly felt like prejudice to me.

I ordered a crunchwrap that was completely burnt. It only had a little lettuce and s few bites of tomatoes on it. It was so disgusting. I hear horror stories about taco bell, but I deserve a refund. Half of our order wss not even in the bag. Hopefully, we have a receipt still. A few missing items too.

The people that work at this location are incredibly dull witted. They don’t speak loud enough so you can’t even hear them above the music. People will walk in and take your order and the employee will just give away your food to anyone that walks up and says they have an order. They don’t even bother checking to make sure it goes to the right person. They’re possibly the slowest working employees I’ve ever seen, no customer service, and very rude. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting for food that they apparently gave away to another person for free. They should get a better manager or fire the current people and get people who do their job correctly. For getting $20 an hour, the service they provide is $12 an hour at best.
The drive thru is closed for repairs so that was inconvenient, and there's no changing table in the bathroom 🙄 super inconvenient, but the restaurant was clean and the service was fast
