Most fast food places can do a split payment from card to card the other Taco Bell across town can do it. Why can’t this Taco Bell?
There service is terrible nobody was at the cash register I stood there for 5 minutes no one looked up at all finally someone came but I couldn’t pay for my food cause I guess there machines can’t do a simple task?
I am sorry but this day and age that shouldn’t be a problem with the technology we have now.
I won’t be going to this location again

I asked for crispy cantina Chick taco, chalupa, iced tea..ALL CHICKEN NO BEEF.. @ the window I'm given the chlupa & Baja Blast??.. ask for Catina Taco, he didn't ring that up but if I want it I now need to go thru drive thru again & order it??.. a lady in the back ground came to window & said hold on..she made it right I paid for that & left..Unfortunately in the Chalupa bag the ENTIRE contents of the Chalupa was laying in bottom of the bag..should've given me a fork..@ 67 yrs old it's the worse TB Serv since I was in high school..

I went there on Sunday with kids. The service at drive-thru was extremely slow. Each vehicle was facing 5 minutes wait which is very poor.

While ordering in the drive thru I told the man I couldnt hear him multiple times. When i got to the window to pay I asked if there was a way he could turn up the volume because it was hard to hear him. After waiting for the food my cousin sitting in the passenger seat kindly told him that we could hear the woman who greeted us on the speaker and kindly suggested that he speak a little louder. A very rude employee came from behind, not knowing what was being said and rudely said were not doing this to my employee and slammed the drive thru door closed. I felt like they were very rude at this taco bell. Also, i asked for nothing spicy to be put on my burrito and they loaded it with the sauce that is spicy.

Drive threw...
Went through the drive threw and couldn't barely hear the dude on the speaker.
We get to the window and asked him if he could turn his volume up but he said he couldn't.
I patiently waited til we got our food and all i kindly told him was he needs to speak up. I told him the lady on the speaker when we pulled up we could hear but we can barely hear him. The next thing I know we were rudely addressed by idk if it was a manager or not that told us not to treat his employees that way.
Well tell me what way I treated your employee rudely, when all I was kindly asking him is to speak up in the speaker.....
