Waited in their drive through for over 20 minutes only for them to tell me the order wasn’t ready. I said “really?! I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes already!” They said “they’re doing the best they can”. Absolutely not! For $20/hr if that’s the best they can do then they need to find other career paths.

Slowest drive thru ever!

This place takes way too long if you need food from here order 1hr in advance. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru for 1 order and when I finally got it it was cold, you better off going elsewhere Edit: it has been nearly 2hrs and still nothing this store is actually ridiculous there os no reason for FAST food to take this long everyone do the employees not know how to make the food?? Utterly disappointed

This place and all of its employees deserve the fattest shout out. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I absolutely HAD to leave a review. Impeccable customer service and resolution skills. My experience here is always top tier, yet no one is perfect and when I had a minuscule issue, the employees collectively resolved the problem with haste and the best customer service I have ever received. Always pleasant and quick. I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town, I will drive here just for the positive experience I consistently receive. Y’all are awesome sauce. Thank you👍👌💯%

I’ve always have had good meals here. Last time I went they were out of tortillas lol, so no burritos. So I ordered food for my whole crew, pulled up to the window to pay and told her I’m using apple pay. So check this out, she couldn’t accept it because their box that scanned my phone wouldn’t reach out the window to the customers. WTH?

I went through drive through today.I waited 10 minutes.Not 1car moved that time.. Then car behind me reverse his car ne and car front of me did same. Inside service is very slow too.
This Taco Bell location does not offer the build your own box exclusive to the app. Some locations offer it at a higher price like $10 but this location chooses not to have it at all. Additionally, loyalty rewards for Taco Bell let you choose many premium items normally. But not this location. This location only lets you choose their cheapest items when you use your reward points. This place gets one star because they do not offer a value through the app that 95% of the Taco Bell‘s offer, and they also get one star because they do not even allow rewards points to be cashed out on a premium item.

Most fast food places can do a split payment from card to card the other Taco Bell across town can do it. Why can’t this Taco Bell? There service is terrible nobody was at the cash register I stood there for 5 minutes no one looked up at all finally someone came but I couldn’t pay for my food cause I guess there machines can’t do a simple task? I am sorry but this day and age that shouldn’t be a problem with the technology we have now.
