Food was alright, seems you need to be a Chico native and or grew up having TBar to really enjoy it. However, after sitting inside and overhearing the blatant disrespect the manager up front had towards his crew was shocking. I have always had great customer service at TBar off of Vallombrosa, but not this TBar. It was very obvious this guy in the front can become overwhelmed very easily and seems to take it out on his co workers, it was hard to watch from a customer’s point of view. I noticed he brought back some customers food (assuming there was a mistake with the food) he slammed it on the counter in front of the workers in the back to fix, so unprofessional. I applaud the members of this location who have to put up with such behavior. I will never be coming back to this TBar

Great staff! Friendly and quick service. Amazing tea selections and their food is phenomenal and healthy! My favorite is the chocolate chai frost or the strawberry almond. A must have summer treat!

Anytime I go to Chico, this is my go-to for lunch. It's always incredibly fresh, delicious, and at a great price point. I came twice. Both times I got bowls, one with the mango seared pork and one with the london broil. The pork was my favorite, but you can't go wrong with either. Don't forget to try one of their drinks as well. I got the peach palmer!

This was my first visit to this place and my burrito was amazing as was my refreshing tea. I definitely will go back the next time I am in the area. I also would like compliment Shaquel an employee at this restaurant while I was there today. She really keeps that place running well. I was so impressed with her great customer service. She really is a leader and your restaurant is very fortunate to have someone as an employee like her that gives 100 percent and cares so much about your customers and the quality of what goes out. I was waiting for my food and was so impressed how she had everything so organized and moving. She lead the team.
My food was amazing and the service was great and I highly recommend trying out this place. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s a great place to go. The best thing on the menu is the frosted chocolate chai! It’s like a milkshake! Oh my God, it’s so good!🥰
I always love their bowl and get half salad half brown rice with wasabi ginger dressing don’t forget to sign up for their points plan.

Called three times and no one answered.
Called the downtown location to be told that “the Flying V location is bad at answering their phone and to to call again”
Then she preceded to tel me that you can’t call in an order and pay with cash you have to use a debit card. Umm, what?

Had an amazing first experience at Tea Bar! I finally caved from all the great reviews from friends and family and I will 100% agree and say this restaurant is great and the food is even better. Having a Gluten and Dairy allergy, I absolutely loved having options that are endless. Kate was amazing at her customer service and made it an even better experience.
Will be coming back!

Extra disappointed with quality and price of the food. I would say 4 years ago this was my favorite place but now the prices have gotten ridiculous and the wraps keep getting smaller and smaller. I got two wraps and teas and it came out to 47 dollars!! And my wrap was basically nothing but dirty uncleaned lettuce. I keep trying to give this place a chance but from here on out I’m done I refuse to pay almost 50 dollars for small wraps with dirty lettuce. People are literally going here just for the aesthetic and I’m not lying because you won’t see 1 man in there eating because it’s a waste of money.

Vegetarian options: Easy to swap and creat meals based on dietary needs

Parking: Plenty of places with a short walk to the door

Kid-friendliness: Inside and outside tables and a louder atmosphere so children talking loudly wouldn't be noticed too much

Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult for wheelchairs to maneuver inside or to pick up meal, outside seating would be best

Not sure if business is under new ownership, but food quality is trash now. Ordered a chicken bowl and received a ton of rice, very little chicken, greens were wilted, and micro greens are now swapped for red cabbage. Bill was $17.11 with no drink.

Love this place. If you want a meal that's a little easier on the stomach, a little healthier, this is it.
I love their the impossible meatballs and their couscous mix. It's a little bit pricier ($14 for a bowl) but I think worth it.

Vegetarian options: Impossible meatballs, tofu, salads
