Tea Bar & Fusion Cafe - Chico Vallombrosa/Downtown

We use to love tea bar!
The smell is absolutely terrible. My daughter says it smells like poison. It’s a mixture between food and chemicals.
Thankfully the one on Flying V st doesn’t smell bad like this one.
It’s been the last 4-5 times we’ve visited this location. The last 3 times we’ve had to leave before even ordering our food.

This place is great. The food is so good, staff is always smiling and so helpful. The ambiance is relaxing and peaceful.

If you love tea, ike I do, this is definitely the place to go! I want to sample every yea in the menu an Di plan to do just that! I highly suggest getting the bowl with high rice, half mixed greens along with your favorite protein. I chose pork and I wasn't disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Cute atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and out. Parking was a little challenging but there is the option to park across the way near Wells Fargo. I tried the Melon Mango Fizz and it was a perfect match with my pork. I definitely see how this place is a crowd pleaser. Don’t forget to sign up for the rewards program at the register because you will definitely be back again. I know I will.

The atmosphere was really calm and welcoming, the staff are really sweet and for my first time one of the ladies up front recommended me her favorite drink and she was right VERY GOOD! Highly recommend this place to anyone who want to relax and come to a friendly establishment ❤️

I love tea bar bowls and frosts. They can be hit or miss but this location is the more consistent one here.

Very satisfying options, hit the spot to have a healthier meal

I was visiting from out-of-state. The people I was visiting recommended the Tea Bar for lunch. I ordered a fusion bowl and a seasonal tea. The food was very fresh and flavorful, and I felt like I got plenty for my money. The drink was delicious, and I was sorry I couldn't try more of them! The staff was friendly, although since it was during the lunch rush, we had to wait quite a while for our food. It was worth it, though. Whenever I'm back in Chico, I'll look forward to visiting again!

If you're a tea nerd like me, this might not be what you're looking for... But if you enjoy flavored and herbal teas, it's a good stop. The food is tasty and fast. Service was good - they pulled out their recipe book to check ingredients for our food sensitivities, very polite and helpful. Atmosphere and quality overall is more than fast food, less than fine dining - think elevated food court.

Dietary restrictions: Staff will help you navigate food restrictions and look up sauce ingredients etc

Kid-friendliness: Brought in my one year old and they were very kind and helpful even when she spilled water everywhere. Changing station in the bathroom.

She is an exemplary employee who undoubtedly deserves recognition and a salary increase. I award her a Positive10 and the review a 5 for outstanding service. Additionally, Tea Bar's Chai Chocolate Frost is a personal favorite, and I highly recommend this establishment for its healthy lunch options and welcoming atmosphere.

Pretty pricey, but the bowls are really good, and very filling! Definitely enough for two servings. Atmosphere is nice, employees are friendly. Love the teas, too.
