Had a couple good experiences here up until this one recent time. The waiter was not very attentive. When she brought out Pad Thai for me, even though I had ordered Pad See Eel, I still was happy and when she overheard me reassuring the group I came in with on how I was still excited to eat the plate, she came over and read off her “notes” that I did not order Pad See Eel. She then walked off and said “thank you” with such attitude. I don’t know why she was so rude that day, maybe projection based off her own stress because the restaurant was busy? Nevertheless, we never down talked on her but with the rate of her attitude running the place, we most certainly won’t be coming back. Sad, we liked the place for a couple years now.

I should have had a hint by the looks of the dirty glass door before we sat down. Food was nothing special, tough meat, overcooked Tofu. We were the only customers in entire restaurant for the hour we were there! I don’t recommend. Prices high.

Haven’t been here for a while and it’s still so so good! You can tell everything is cooked fresh and the service is great. It’s nice that downtown has a spot that’s got a lot of vegetarian options

This place is so good! Everything is fresh and so flavorful, every dish from the appetizer to the main entrée was truly delicious. Highly recommended if you like Thai food.

The atmosphere was nice and they have a good bathroom. Their curry is delicious. I got the green curry with chicken and my friend got the red curry with tofu. They also brought us ice water with a lemon slice in it and it was good water. The staff is also awesome. I did feel like the portions were a bit small for the price. But yeah, the food was so so good!

The place is run down. They didn't tell me a size so I got a half order or noodles for full price. I paid $14 for the smallest portion of food I have ever been served. I would stay away from this place the people have attitudes. Not good...

My first and perhaps only visit to this restaurant in Chico. I ordered a standard Pad Thai with Chicken over the phone. They said order will be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. Great. The woman who answered the phone greeted me with a smile and was overall pleasant. I left and checked the dish in my truck and was disappointed by both the portion size and lack of ingredients…for a $15 meal. There was hardly any chicken, and only a sprinkling of green onion The flavor of the dish was mediocre at best. Perhaps this is what I get for ordering to-go an hour before closing, but the fact still remains. If a Thai restaurant can’t pull off one of its most basic dishes, I won’t expect much from anything else. Look, I get it. Chico is not exactly upscale, but for the price and quality, I would have been happier ordering fast food.

Don't order online, we did but the card didn't go through was going to be $154. We came in the order and paid inside was only $103 plus tip! We ordered vegan pineapple fried rice, when we got it it was full of chcken! When we called to have it replaced they argued with me over the phone about the chicken, saying that was what I ordered even though it said vegan on the box. I had to drive back to get my refund. Won't be eating hear again! The rest of the orders were very light on veggies and meat. Flavor was good.

The service is deplorable. We ordered vegan Pineapple fried rice, it says vegan on the lid of the box and inside is filled with chicken. No problem, mistakes happen, right!?! No, both the wait staff and the manager argued we ordered it wrong. When we pointed out, you wrote on the lid, vegan, why did you put chicken they said, we're a small restaurant. Why would you argue? And make me drive back to the restaurant to prove you made a simple mistake. Just correct, apologize and move on.
