Front desk and breakfast staff are VERY friendly and professional. CLEANLINESS was an issue. Our room had borderline cleanliness. The bathroom floor was not very clean and it smelled like urine (see photo below). Another cleanliness issue is that the carpeting in the elevator needs to be cleaned. Other than those issues, we were OK with this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights while on business in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I used the treadmill each evening and noticed how clean the gym was. It was a little small but had some free weights and 3 cardio machines. The lobby area had very nice seating to hang out in the evenings and have a few drinks. The little cafe in the lobby had a decent menu and I enjoyed the Cheese burger one day and the grilled cheese and soup another night. In the morning I got a Coffee and Bagel in the lobby as well. It's close to the freeway, has ample parking, room has refer and microwave, and bed was great. I had co complaints and will stay here again.

Close to the freeway, indoor pool. Refrigerator , microwave, coffee machine in room, shower/bath combo, beds comfortable, everything worked in the room. It was clean. Staff good, nothing special. Dutch brothers across the street. They have a restaurant on property, food was good, we had the hamburger. They sell Starbucks coffee.

Spent 2 weeks here on business travel, helped with the fires. Nice, clean, smells deodorized hotel, and rooms had high ceilings which I loved as you didn't boxed in. I liked the location of my room first floor, middle. Close to exit door. Their grill is expensive but there's lots of places around the hotel. You have to request room cleaning and leave garbages out. You can hear hotel noise every so often. But overall, great stay. Just be careful of the weirdos around the parking lot too.

The good: * helpful front desk The bad: * office style chair in room was broken so that when you sat in it, if you leaned back, you would likely fall backwards and or at least be lying flat back (yes I adjusted all the handles 0 it was just broken and was crooked when it reclined) * fan in the bathroom was broken making it get really steamed up after a shower

Whilst in the region on business I stayed at the courtyard hotel in Chico. The room was very comfortable and was well appointed. As per expectations of Courtyard hotels the bed was very comfortable. Only downside for me was the availability of staff on a couple of occasions when I used the pantry but there was no staff at reception. Other than that it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

Had the pleasure of spending two nights here recently during a visit to see several members of my family who are local to the area. The staff was welcoming and extremely courteous and professional. Heather at the Front Desk was a real standout for her good customer skills and interpersonal relationships. My room was spacious and comfortable. Room rates were extremely reasonable and I plan to stay here again when I next visit early next year. If you want a nice room at reasonable rates, give them a try!

Love the rooms the gym ! Safe The air conditioning fabulous I was very disappointed during the peak of the covid - 75% of guests did not wear masks inside Staff did NOT ENFORCE some staff did wear their masks None - Butte county will follow all the counties who are shut down But it may not matter to this Marriott as most guests are PGE Employees rebuilding Paradise California 88 dead and they put their employees up in a hotel that costs with tax ) $186 a night !! On a Monday during the covid at 100 degrees outside I was visiting my 82 year old mom who lives here Corporate America

Had an absolute wonderful experience, overall 5/5. Room was perfect, price very reasonable, staff were phenomenal, especially Jessica who had help me set up the room for a special occasion. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has recently been updated. Nice rooms. The bistro serves food and has a bar. Breakfast is great and plentiful. The staff is great although Hannah was exceptional at her service. I had several problems initially WiFi wouldn’t connect, billing issue she fixed it all. It’s my new go to place in this city. Enjoy!!

Food was made fast but still very delicious. Portions were a nice size as well
