If you want an amazing breakfast where you can taste the love put into then try this place. Everything I’ve tried here is on point. The staff is always friendly and appreciative of your business, highly recommended if you want to spoil your taste buds.
I found The Foodie Cafe while looking for places in the area that have monte cristo sandwiches, my mom's favorite. We haven't found any that dip the whole sandwich, but my mom said that The Foodie Cafe's donut monte cristo was the best she's had of all of the monte cristos in Chico. She appreciated that there wasn't a weird sauce on it, like the one at Cheesecake Factory, and said that the donut gave it the same vibe as the whole thing being dipped in...
We stopped by this cute brunch spot and enjoyed the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had. We also got the dodo bird which was good, and the fried tot rockets were pretty good as well. The cheese skirt they come on was delightful! The service was great and the atmosphere had such a cool vibe. The bloody Mary’s could use some spices and a bit more mix but overall happy with our choices.
