No customer service . Order your food on a computer. No employee greets you. No other customers at 6:45 pm . Disappointed that the idea of human contact is pushed aside and computers are taking the place of a pleasant individual takes your order.

My salad was rotten with chicken at room temperature, lettuce was decaying, mango was slimy, tortillas chips stale, definitely not made today. I tried to eat it within 10 minutes of ordering but it was not edible. The staff was nice though.

Im very upset with the way it got my order my onions rings were burnt and cold and so were my burgers. The onion rings were black, and the burger patty’s were crunchy and didn’t even taste like a burger it tasted like coal.
One of the best places to grab a burger quick. Good food but a little high priced.

Got a coupon in my mailbox for a Habit burger so thought I’d try it out. The worst hamburger from a fast food joint I have ever had. Cold, tasteless, dried out, awful!!! Two bites & I threw the rest in the nearest garbage can! B

Ordered in the drive through. Was asked to pull over and wait. 30 minutes later still no food. Went inside and asked for a refund. Was told they can't refund it they have to submit it and it will be a couple weeks wait. This place needs to close. Don't go here.

First and last time here. Only went here because it had a BOGO deal. The meat was poor quality. They were WAY over-seasoned. And the lettuce, tomato, etc was soggy and disgusting. My wife actively thought she was going to vomit after eating the burger. Never again.
