Got an email talking about tempura avacado wedges. Says to bring in the email and barcode. Email doesn't have a barcode... tried to call the store to see what the deal was and if available. Press 3 for other inquiries. " go to our website for inquiries" hangs up. Ok, call back and press 2 to place an in store order. Waits on hold. Some one picks up the phone then hangs up. So I deleted the app. 6 times if tried to enjoy this place and 5 have been bad experiences. Even their app shows you a picture of a cheese burger and has a price next to it. Till you click it then NO, that was a hamburger price, cheese is extra. Though CA was gonna do away with businesses using these deceptive techniques. Plus, $10 for a Cheeseburger? Its just not worth it, sorry. Of course they will have a generic robot reply to go fill out a form... this is the problem, not a resolution.

Ordered on line, asked if it was ready at designated time ..told its not ready..waited thirty minutes ..my name was never called. Asked again, was given the order later..worst cold cheeseburger and fries I’ve ever had .. slowest service ever by far..for just mediocre quality cold soggy food..AVOID THIS

My hamburger was amazing, not over cooked, all the right ingredients on top. The lady at the window was friendly, I got a napkin, which is important if you do a to go order. My drink was perfect, but I wasn't a fan of the fries. I'm not sure if it was just old oil. But they just didn't taste great. I did eat them, and I was full when I got done. So overall, it was a great experience

More mayo than BBQ sauce on a BBQ char burger. Charges me for extra BBQ sauce never gave it to me. Won't be back

Service was excellent for my birthday meal, burger was overcooked (charred in edges) but cold on inside. Had a impossible burger as I don't typically eat meat.. but noticed the cook putting all of the burgers on top of a pile of onions on the grill, that's cross contamination for the guests and wouldn't recommend if you are steadfast in dietary restrictions, if you have a bit of flexibility then it should be fine and would recommend for small party dining or solo trip. May well!

Slow service. burnt buns, burnt onion rings, soggy fries, nickel and dime on sauces. habit has really gone down hill. hopefully it's just this chico location.

Went through the drive through and ordered a chase burger with fires, they told me that they were out of fires , but when my grandparents showed up after I left , they had fires , also the burger s were slapped together and smashed , overpriced

Place is terrible. You have to wait a minimum of 25 minutes when you’re in the drive thru to get food. This is also when they are not busy at all. They mess up the order a lot, which is really frustrating when you spend $50 on food. Then we got our food home and it was so overly salted that it was inedible. Such a waste of money. We will never be back .

First time going and it wasn't as good as I heard when I went I tried the chicken sandwich bread was good vegetable was fresh but the chicken was flavorless and small for 1850 and a service charge for a medium since they don't have small drinks and fries which was very good I won't go back

I bought some food and watched the manager bag several bags of food after exchanging money in the same gloves. Refused to give me a refund claiming "we can't, it takes a few days" and refused to give me a copy of my physical receipt. After waiting 10 mins for him to find my receipt to print for me, I decided to leave. Submitted feedback via the website and even still tool nearly a week to get a refund, no thanks to them. Requested the regional manager contact info and was never provided it. Submitted a complaint to the department of public health though! Most of their employees lacked hand hygiene real bad & it's clear upper management doesn't care.

Be careful w foodborne illness yall. Especially when you're eating chicken! Wouldn't recommend

I did submit a feedback and requested to speak w the regional manager and never got a response. And when I asked for a refund, I was only offered a gift card back to habit. It took a week and several requests to have my $ back. So yeah I did everything I could to escalate my concerns properly and no one has followed up. I don't want to speak w the manager bc he's the one who is the problem which is why I requested regional. I'm good now.

Man how this place has changed from when it first opened . 7:32 pm we walk in, not one person said hello, welcome in, nothing! Bathrooms are dirty and the four people working are to busy cleaning to provide customer service . Had to order our food ourselves, no drink cups offered before the meal was ready , ketchup dispenser empty. When I shared w the team there was no more ketchup, the woman put the bowl of ketchup packets on the counter. “ I have packets” and just walked away. Looks like Burger hut from now on! Expensive for self serve and no customer service. Do better , give the people service for the prices you are charging.
