I do not understand how the staff can consistently mess up something as simple as a plain burger. The only time since this place opened that I have gotten a correct order was once, when I ate in the lobby. Everytime I get drive-thru or take out my order is completely wrong. This place really needs to get a handle on quality control. I will not be returning again. Nobby's is way better for the price anyways and they don't put onions on a plain burger!

My wife and I have been enjoying Habit since they opened, but recently the quality of the food has gone down. The burgers we got recently were covered in black char from the grill and the fries were old. Not what you want for the price. I hope they start cleaning the grill more and take more pride in their food.

The food here has been good, but lately it seems like they’re over-salting food. I think a new lady started, and she doesn’t seem very friendly. The first time she gave me my order everything looked like it was thrown in the bag, not too much of a problem since it stayed pretty much together. After she gave me the order, she slammed the window shut without saying anything. I was like, okay, well this is a little different. I ate the food and everything was good, except the fries now tasted like they added too much salt - yuck.
A week later I try out the place again. When I get to the counter, it’s the same lady. She again didn’t seem friendly at all. Okay. I’m thinking, let’s try the food, as long as it’s good, customer service isn’t too big of a deal. Everything except the chicken was way too salty. Okay, so not only the service was bad, but the food was too. Needless to say I no long have the desire to go to that Habit anymore. Thank you for saving me money by bad service and bad food.

I got the Charburger with Cheese, which is free for new app users with purchase of a drink. The burger was not my favorite. They use such a thin patty that all I tasted was lettuce (refer to picture). I'd assume the other burgers/doubles are better but I can't speak on those. Service was good, and the restaurant was super clean. That bumped it up to 3 stars.

Went to the Drive Through, Ordered a Portobello Char Buger. A 50/50 - 1/2 French Fries, 1/2 Onion Rings & a Drink.
First bite of burger, a small slice of mushroom slid out. I opened the hamburger & there were about 5 slices , where there actually used to be a Portobello mushroom top, the size of the bun There were 3 onion rings on top of a full carton of fries, which I was charged extra for, be cause it was supposed to be half of each item. I was also given the wrong sauce. The price has definitely gone up, the quality of food, Down.
When I called Customer Service, she was Rude & Not helpful at all. I definitely will Not be doing business there again. ( just saying )

This is a new place that just opened. Drive by a couple time and haven't tired it out. When my son brought half of a Santa Barbara char home because he was saving it for dinner, I end up eating it because it was packed with avocado and I just had to try it. OMG, it was amazed. My original plan was to take only one bite but, instead I took 4. Don't worry I still left 2 1/2 bite for him..Lmao My husband took me there that same week because of how much I was praising. We went there once by ourself and went again the second time the following week for my 3 son go away college gathering. But will definitely will go again. Theirs alot of burgers you can choose from and also comes in families meals deals. I loved the unlimited pickled peppers. The burgers are fat and juicy and it make you think that you got it from a expensive restaurant. Fries are a good amount and they are fresh. Place is clean and has a good view.

They seem to forget they are fast food, emphasis on fast!. This is the only one I go to with a drive-thru so I don't know if this is just this habit with a drive-thru or not... it doesn't matter if you're the only car in the Drive-Thru or the only customer they have inside or outside, you will be in the line about 25 minutes. I ordered a shake and one side and I'm finally getting out of here at about the 22 minute mark. There were two cars ahead of me, no one parked in the parking lot for curbside and no one in the dining room. I don't know what their problem is here but they have a major problem and this is even before the pandemic began. They take almost as long as it would to go into a sit-down restaurant to provide your meal to you. It's baffling.

There is no customer service and the wait time is long which i do not mind but when they get your order wrong and switch out the bread instead of remaking it did not seem okay to me, the meat didnt even cover half the bread. And i asked for well done and the meat was i would call raw but i guess rare. They also served the same onion rings which were cold and hard when they gave them to me. You also did not get a lot for the price almost $1 per onion ring.

They make you order from a kiosk act put out when you ask them a question then they screw your order up after you spend almost $20 on a meal and they now charge almost $.70 for one ranch I have been a long time fan. This place has gone downhill. I will not return.

This place must have a penny pincher for an owner. Theres no self serve for the peppers. They are all packaged in the to-go containers. I asked for a side of thousand Island sauce to go along with my cold stale french fries and they charge a dollar for it. After I spend $26 for the steak sandwhich meal I was baffeled they charge a dollar for thousand island sauce. This place sucks. Def not coming back here again.

The food is great, but not so great as to justify eating here regularly given the high price tag. The service leaves a lot to be desired, mobile orders always get the order wrong somehow. The people running the register are complete space cases who can't speak in full sentences. And the drink dispensers have at least one item unavailable when visiting.
