First time here! Got a turkey, bacon, avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle on sourdough roll. The turkey was thick none of that processed crap others serve. I will definitely make this place a regular stop for lunch. My food was made pretty quick for lunch time on a Friday. Very pleased!

Great sandwiches! Good bread & fresh sliced ingredients!

From the moment I entered, the staff greeted me with smiles, offering excellent service throughout my visit. The sandwich I ordered—grilled chicken with pesto—was absolutely delicious; the chicken was juicy, and the pesto had the perfect balance of flavor. The ambiance was lively but not overwhelming, with an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy my meal. Will be back for sure!

Went in on my lunch break to give them a 2nd try. The last time I was there was last year (my sandwich was made incorrectly then also) I ordered a veggie sandwich, no tomato, add avocado, which is an upcharge. Go back to work, no avocado, plenty of tomatoes. I spent over 20$ (not including the tip) on the sandwich and a small mac salad. I did call after my shift to let them know, the person I spoke to was very considerate and confirmed my order was wrong by looking through the past receipts. If I ate tomatoes I probably wouldn't have cared, but this just ruined my experience, again.

The waitress or cashier speaks rudely to people and spits when speaking ?sorry, she would be better behind the counter not in people's faces

They can do better, sandwich meat portions are real light. Sandwiches are tasteful but lack deli style expectations. Tables are sticky and team members have no reality of customer experience

Soggy white bread, terrible went in wasn’t a soul there but the three working. Their so called thanksgiving turkey sandwich is processed turkey smeared with canned cranberry served on wet bread. Really don’t understand the positive reviews here cause it was gross.

20 minutes to get a sandwich and a side is too long. Food is great but the time to get it is not.

I guess I'm on a deli sandwich quest. I tried Great Harvest Bread last week and was disappointed at the skimpy portion of meat and only sliced bread as an option. I picked up lunch from The Redwood Sandwich yesterday, and I'm happier with the bread situation... the ciabatta roll was incredible! They are very accommodating of customizations: ingredient swaps, toasted or grilled bread, etc. I ordered the California Club, and while it includes bacon and a thin layer of avocado, one slice of turkey felt a little insulting at $14.66. Overall, it was a delicious flavor combo but I'm still not sure I'd put this in my regular rotation based on what I value as an ideal deli sammy.
