Wings were swimming in oil when I got them and they gave me food poisoning. Should have just ordered online at Buffalo Wild Wings. Will never eat here again.

I'm really disappointed in this wingstop location. I ordered a 20 piece * 10 piece original hot classic and 10 piece lemon pepper boneless* for delivery and received an 8 piece, same flavors just missing 12 wings. The person that prepared this order must have been high or just completely delusional because there were 12 missing wings and they weren't even made correctly. Doordash had to take the hit for this and refunded wingstop the $36 I spent on this order including tip. Now I have to wait to hear back from wingstop customer service for a full refund. I also ordered a couple of ranches that I didn't even receive, which would have been laughable with the 8 piece. Yes, the door dasher could have checked the order to make sure it was right, but seriously? Get your c*ap together, wingstop.

4.5 stars Wingstop. A lot more affordable that BWW. Consistently good wings. 4.5 star wings. Prefer the wings over the drums. Drums seem to always come out extra crispy. All sauces are good. Wings are a little bigger than average. Good stuff. 5 star carrots. They give you a ton of carrots. It's enough for 2 people. Good and fresh. 3.5 star corn. Corn is good. Nicely seasoned. So tiny. Tiny tiny. 4 stars fries. Tried many seasonings. All were good. Fries are always a bit on the soggy side. Prefer in and out fries or McDonald's fries. 2 star thighs. I get that they added this because it's hard to get bone in wings and a good price. If the wings are larger than the thighs we got a problem here. Maybe it's just a bad batch but sooo tiny. Over cooked and not good.

Ordered the 30pc Crew Pack, stopped in 20 minutes later and it was Fresh, Hot & Ready to go. Believe it or not I have never been to a WingStop before but I have always wondered if they would be a good option compared to its competitors. Overall food was exactly as described. Staff was both very friendly over the phone & also in person. I gave a 4/5 because it wasn't anything special. I didn't have anything that was so amazing that it would excite me to come back. Thank you guys!

They saved my child from drowning in a vat of grease. I was also dying of starvation and they gave me some voodoo fries and a diet Cherry Dr Pepper to help me survive. These people are my family, thank you wingstop. Never stop

Still waiting a half hour later in this hell hole. No air conditioning. Half the soda choices are out no diet anything and they have no ketchup for the fries. I won't be back.

We waited 25 minutes for our online order after arriving at the time specified online. Meanwhile we saw many safety violations and the Public Health Department should be notified. From the lobby you can see the entire kitchen, which had very greasy floors. The staff were slipping around because they didn't have any rubber mats down. We saw a fridge (or warmer?) in the kitchen that had a broken hinge, so it didn't close all of the way. In another cooler with beverages (near the cash register), we saw a half filled plastic cup. We wondered if it belonged to someone who was drinking it. We saw many people come in to pick up their online order and received it quite quickly while we sat and waited. Once we got it we brought it home. The wings with bones were so dry that I couldn't eat them. Part of our order was wrong. The fries were pretty amazing though. Pretty disappointing overall.

The price is AMAZING, wings I've had from them in the passed were good but this time they were dry as hell and had no sauce on them. And I got original Buffalo, no heat, I was really disappointed. But hopefully it was a one time thing (after reading the other reviews I don't know if I'd go back though)
First off there were literally a million flies in there when I just left. I've ordered here as a customer and have delivered here while dashing. This by far this most disgusting wingstop I've ever had in my life on top of that the customer service here sucks. most restaurants usually acknowledge people when they walk in stood there for over 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged so I just left cause it's not worth it anyways. they only get business because they're literally the only wingstop in Chico not because the food is good the chicken bones fall apart too while you're eating the chicken and it tastes like they thawed it out in hot water it had a bad smell like the meat isnt any good

Throughout the Pandemic Wingstop service and quality has remained consistent. Our order is always correct and we've never been shorted on wings or sauces. They're often busy and after tasting your order, you know why. Staff is always friendly. We appreciate being able to customize our drinks with the Coca-Cola Freestyle on site. We always order our fries well done, that can be risky anywhere, but this place always gets it right.

Unfortunately the manager is a mask SS officer and there is no signage up stating that wing stop doesn't allow you to drink your drink inside while waiting for your order. The manager also will stand there watch you and attempt to flex her minuscule power if you happen to pull the mask down past your nose, in your attempt to get fresh air. I feel bad for the nice cashier that was very customer service oriented. If the manager had been nicer or signage had been in place on the soda machine then I'd had given them a better review.

The last few times I placed an order my whole order was completely wrong I asked for the manager the very next time I decided to attempt eating here again, I Had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah, once I expressed my concern... she handled the situation like a pro was very accommodating absolutely rectified the situation with no hesitation.
