Staff was friendly and accommodating. Was able to stop by and grab dessert for a last minute dinner get-together.

I was in Chico for my birthday. The hotel was awful but one morning while I walked my dog I saw this cafe. We went in and I got a tea to go. The tea was excellent. The staff were super friendly. They gave my service dog a treat. They are very welcoming and really made my mornings when we went in. I didn't buy any food which I now wish I did. Probably won't be going back to Chico but if we do I will make it a point to stop by again. Thank you for being the highlight of my trip.

This shop provides a useful place to park my car and some favorite offerings. My favorite is the lemon custard croissants, and I’ll go there for the pleasure of the spread of baked goods. The attached parking lot is small, but I am often able to score a parking place. Try it! You’ll probably like it.

Cashiers were nice cute college girls but they had quite the attitude indeed. They began expunging all of their beloved guests into the pouring rain all so their cashiers could tinker around town. Quite UNchristlike if you ask me.

I love all the breads & pastries, I go all the time, unfortunetly the service only gets 1 star, I always feel unwelcomed & like I'm bothering the ladies to buy goodies, very unfortunate that the customer service is the same each time.

🔷 The good: Marionbeery scone, Chico chai drink, and Brown Sugar Chai drain.
🔶 Not-so-good: Biscotti (under baked), bacon egg cheese sandwich & ham and cheese croissant (microwaved, not toasted)

Bought a morning bun this morning. It was hard and didn’t taste sweet like before, it tasted like eating plain white bread.

I think they accidentally gave me a day old bread.

A great spot for studying or catching up with friends over a latte. This café offers an impressive variety of fresh breads, granola, pastries, smoothies, and coffee drinks. The service is prompt, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The pumpkin bread was rich and moist, while the lemon meringue tart, bread pudding and passion fruit macarons were bursting with flavor. The vanilla latte was the perfect pairing for my desserts and sweet tooth. Everything is reasonably priced.

Went in for a coffee and was treated very poorly then treated me as I was the bad guy because I didn’t ask if it was a Togo or order was dine in no manager or anything on duty no one cared in the whole store and the lady at counter with glasses with reddish hair was the one who was main one who had attitude and talking with other employees about it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional will never go back and I’m posting all over
