Parking: Expect to wait a minute to get your food and the parking can be difficult to get
Kid-friendliness: I would say not really to this is a small restaurant yes you can take your kids and sit there to eat but it's definitely not a place I'd want to stay and eat at with my kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but I would say it's kinda difficult to go in and out of if it's busy due to the size of the restaurant

Gave me the wrong order! Everything was wrong! I get if people are busy but the restaurant was not busy at all according to the map. So how do you mess that up?

7 people working but only 1 is allowed to use the register. It's like they don't understand that customers are literally why they are here. The price is fine even though they charge for the first sauce, but the service is egregiously bad.

bro tell me why the second I enter the building, it smells like fermented vomit. and its not the first time. Ive been here 4 different times, different months and everything. It still smells like someone threw up, and they cleaned it up with one napkin kind of thing. Very Weird. Food was still bomb but damn

I called in an order immediately received some of the worst over the phone service and was given a 30 minutes wait time which I waited 45 to show up and when I did got told they needed a “couple of minutes” which was no biggie expecting another 10 minutes I ended up waiting another 30 minutes just to find out my food had been sitting on Their order rack the entire time all the food was cold and soggy, plus the emo chick had an attitude the entire time and insult to injury. My order was wrong too lol just do better 🤟🏾

The food is pretty all right. The selection of flavors is somewhat limited but there usually a few rotating sauces as well. Wait times here are usually 20 minutes at the least so make sure you order ahead. As for the atmosphere, if you're looking for a place where you can sit down and eat, then this is the completely wrong place. The tables are small and cramped, and the lack of trash can inside leads to people dumping all their trash in the trash can outside where it piles up horrendously or it's just left at the table. The staff is usually pretty friendly though so I give them a pass because there's only so much minimum wage earners can and should do. It's unfortunately also a prime location for addicts and other unsavory characters to harass the people in and around it. All I'm saying is it could take a looking at by corporate to help persuade the franchisee to step up a little in terms of presentation.

I’m ver disappointed in how bad wing stop has gotten I ordered my food online at 6pm and went in to pick it up and was not told how long it be when I asked multiple times it took over two hours for them to fill my order there needs to be something else figure out

Walked in placed my order at 6:09pm watched hella people come in and leave with their meals even after arriving after me. Finally got my food at 7:11pm. Cashier never informed us of any wait and when we asked about the wait after 50 minutes of patiently waiting was told they were waiting on fries. In person orders are as important as online orders. Had I known I was going to wait an hour ahead of time I would have took my business elsewhere. NEVER again!
