I spend $65 on wings and they were all piled on top of each other, one container, not crunchy, very sogy wings, frys were all soft after requesting extra crunchy. Was so sad because I was craving them so bad.. I will stick to bww.

Well I came in and ordered the 20 for $20 online but I did it twice. So 40 wings. I mixed and matched. Took longer then expected for thr food to be made according to their own calculations online. I didn't really like the taste of the wings I had. Thrn I found out they are cooked in soy bean oil. That stuff is so bad for males. The only sauce that I had thst was good was the Hawaiian.

Will not be coming to Wingstop anymore! Do not order their $0 delivery option because you won’t receive your order. I waited the estimated 40 minutes and when I called they said it has been waiting an hour to be picked up by a driver. There was an obvious price difference and they did not offer any reimbursement. Wing stop do better or don’t falsely advertise.

Wingstop isn’t the same anymore like it use to be. Different staff members who genuinely don’t care how they present the food or their customers. Wings aren’t even fully coated with sauce, most of the time they barely have sauce which isn’t even worth my money. do better.

The food was great, but the customer service was really disappointing. I arrived at the time they said my food would be ready and paid, then a guy told me they would call my name when it was ready. I wasn’t upset that the food wasn’t ready when I got there, but I ended up sitting there for an hour waiting for them to call my name. I saw other people coming in and out with their food, which left me wondering why I wasn’t getting mine. I was sitting on a bench right in front of them, and they kept looking at me but didn’t once ask if I needed help, even though it was clear I was frustrated. After waiting for so long, I finally walked up and asked how much longer it would be. A lady then asked for my name, and when I told her, I found out my food had just been sitting on a rack. By that point, it was a little cold, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

Parking: Expect to wait a minute to get your food and the parking can be difficult to get
Kid-friendliness: I would say not really to this is a small restaurant yes you can take your kids and sit there to eat but it's definitely not a place I'd want to stay and eat at with my kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but I would say it's kinda difficult to go in and out of if it's busy due to the size of the restaurant

7 people working but only 1 is allowed to use the register. It's like they don't understand that customers are literally why they are here. The price is fine even though they charge for the first sauce, but the service is egregiously bad.

bro tell me why the second I enter the building, it smells like fermented vomit. and its not the first time. Ive been here 4 different times, different months and everything. It still smells like someone threw up, and they cleaned it up with one napkin kind of thing. Very Weird. Food was still bomb but damn

I called in an order immediately received some of the worst over the phone service and was given a 30 minutes wait time which I waited 45 to show up and when I did got told they needed a “couple of minutes” which was no biggie expecting another 10 minutes I ended up waiting another 30 minutes just to find out my food had been sitting on Their order rack the entire time all the food was cold and soggy, plus the emo chick had an attitude the entire time and insult to injury. My order was wrong too lol just do better 🤟🏾
