Four stars is due to the stems??? Tea leaves?? Left over in my drink. Unpleasant to taste in my mouth :(

I personally had a good experience ordering here, got a jasmine matcha with osmanthus jelly squares; minimal sweetness and it was DELICIOUS.

Reviews note a long wait time, almost noon on a Thursday I waited less than 5 minutes. Something to note is a lot of drinks can't be modified and they run out of ingredients often (brown sugar boba). Also in the 15 minutes that i was here I saw two wrong orders get sent out and brought back, just FYI.

They have a lot of really interesting drink combos so I think ill be back. Hopefully no stems next time.

This place makes good drinks
At a good location with lots to do, places to eat, and stores to visit. I did find the menu a bit limited. I wish they had more non caffeine drinks and wish some specialty drinks were customizable. Prices were standard. Not the cheapest. Just a few seats available inside and two tables available. The place is busy. I had to wait 25 minutes or so for my drink. I ordered the mango mochi. The mochi bits were tasty and it wasn't too sweet overall.

The drinks are amazing. No interaction with employees as all your orders are placed on the iPad.

Not a fan of the mochi in mango mochi but it has a good mango flavor. I got 0% sugar and it was perfectly sweet. Don’t think I’ll come back.

Terrible management. Employees stand around, making customers place their orders on a screen, and take forever doing it. Ridiculous. Zero stars for zero service.

The boba here is amazing. They have a milk tea with barley oats in it, which at first you think doesn't sound good. But you'd be wrong - got it twice in one week.

drinks are delicious! i love how all the fruity drinks are flavored with actual fruit, and i absolutely adore the milk smoothie base. its so creamy but not too thick, and i love it very much. the only thing i dislike is the mochi in the drinks, which has a bit of an odd texture and doesn’t feel right, but its fine because you can order it without the mochi :) i’ve only had two drinks here but i’ll definitely be coming back for more <3

The ordering system can be slow depending on who is in front of you. I got behind people who literally took 5 minutes to order. The drink pick up system is cool as it puts your name on the screen as you wait with estimated wait time. I went on the weekend so it took 18 minutes to get my drink. I tried the mango mochi pudding drink. If I were to get it again I would order boba. The pudding was thick, creamy, & lightly sweet but didn't fulfill the chewy texture I was craving. Overall good experience though, especially if you're looking to try something different.

Really great service. I ordered from the wrong location by mistake and asked if they could just keep my drink in the fridge so I could grab it the next day. And when I went to pick up, they just made me a fresh one. Super nice of them definitely appreciated it! And the drink is really good too!

mango sweet Dew😆 is amazing!

Can't believe it took me so long to try this place. The jade matcha is one of the best drinks i've ever tried. So flavorful & refreshing.
