The Aroma of the Baked Items made my Mouth Water. And they taste as good as they Smell.

It's a large 85 bakery, so they have plenty of space and seating. The bakery items are what you would expect from any 85.

The cake was frozen when we brought it. And when we asked for compensation the staff there was giving us attitude, especially Vy (a shift leader) saying that she “thinks other cakes are not frozen”. When asked what happens if it’s frozen again (because we drive 25 minutes each way) she literally left us at the counter.
I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants a birthday cake that is NOT FROZEN
I think people like that need additional training or learn how to respect others in general.

This is really bad experience with the app... your drink will never came until you get in line and talk to cashier... no signs. Amateur the way they do business. Download the app year ago and uninstall. Try again this time, same thing. Need improvement.

The app is created for people can order ahead with out wait in long line. But is useless.

The cashier said is the best way to order in the line, do not order drinks on the app...

Been coming here for years and it's always the same culture and delicious goodies.

I visited 85 degrees today to get a birthday cake for my kid. I always liked the cakes there, but today's experience in 85 degrees ruined my day! It’s not rush hour I waited in line and soon it's my turn, I was about to tell the girl what I am gonna get, but the black girl left, she LEFT! Acted like she didn't see me who's right in front of her. I waited for a while and she's not seem returning soon, I can see over the glass that she was just relax talking to other people inside. It was so frustrated to just standing there, but it’s good that a few time later another girl finished her task at hand came to help. I think the black girl needs a customer service training. Because of my terrible experience today, I don’t think I have enough reason to visit 85 degrees as often as before.
