The flavors are great and the customer service is excellent, they are also open until midnight 🤩

Quality is really good and its cheaper than coldstones and they have unique flavors would definitly reccoment if you havent tried it before im never dissapointed they had a dubai chocolate one that was soooo good too

Ice cream tastes amazing, Service was quick on a busy Saturday night (a little too quick lol) and customer service was elite. My whole experience in here was 3 minutes but long enough to make me want to come back. Honestly I’ve tried a lot of ice cream but this one is the best one so far as I’m not a big fan of ice cream.

We loved this place. They are open late and the atmosphere was nice. We sat outside by the fountain. The I’ve cream was absolutely amazing!

Super long wait. Only 1 employee. When a milkshake is ordered, it delays the process even more. Out of promo flavors as well.

Customer service doesn't exist here or just bad business practices. If you are open, then say you don't serve cones (ran out [of waffle) and no shakes because you are closing in 45 minute. Sounds like a partial opening. No longer allowing tasting (new flavor -matcha berry???
The partial but full opening - I don't get this! There were 20 people outside (at tables) drinking shakes and people still coming in. But its more convenient for the the staff to start cleaning early so at closing time they would just go home. They said they had to start cleaning because closing in 1 hour. -THEN SAY YOU ARE CLOSED don't fake like you are open (partially).. online says you are OPEN assumption is full menu.

Why do they stop serving the milk buns at 10:30pm even tho they are open till 12.

A nice ice cream shop that has a decent variety of flavors and toppings. The Madagascar Vanilla with M&M’s is good.

I was very happy with the flavor and consistency of the Madagascar vanilla flavor here. Service was okay and my main gripe was that most of the flavors are too rich with toppings such as cookies and other very unhealthy sweets. The vanilla was really the only flavor that I could get that wasn't going to be hard on my stomach. Nonetheless, I could tell that the ice cream is very well crafted so I recommend coming here.

This place is so rude. 3 people went and ordered the same size, but everyone got different portions. Do you really hate working on Halloween night? It was so unpleasant. No, there are other dessert shops besides this one. When they gave me ice cream, they gave it to me like they were throwing food to a dog at home. I am so offended that I am leaving a review. Of course, the tip is 0%. But yesterday was really. Despite that, I am giving 3 stars because they were kind last time. They need to educate their rude employees.
