I was very happy with the flavor and consistency of the Madagascar vanilla flavor here. Service was okay and my main gripe was that most of the flavors are too rich with toppings such as cookies and other very unhealthy sweets. The vanilla was really the only flavor that I could get that wasn't going to be hard on my stomach. Nonetheless, I could tell that the ice cream is very well crafted so I recommend coming here.

This place is so rude. 3 people went and ordered the same size, but everyone got different portions. Do you really hate working on Halloween night? It was so unpleasant. No, there are other dessert shops besides this one. When they gave me ice cream, they gave it to me like they were throwing food to a dog at home. I am so offended that I am leaving a review. Of course, the tip is 0%. But yesterday was really. Despite that, I am giving 3 stars because they were kind last time. They need to educate their rude employees.

A pretty cute ice cream shop in a cute shopping center. They have plenty of tasty flavors and some specialties, like a sundae, but I wish they had more flavors. The taste of their ice cream is great!! It’s just a bit pricey, especially for the sundae. Almost $9 for a sundae that only has one scoop of ice cream, small amount of whipped cream and some nuts is A LOT OF money even though the taste is pretty good. Overall, their ice cream is tasty and I recommend them, just beware of their high prices!

Visited on 08-10-2024 with 3 other adults. The store music featured a song with the F-word. We all left the line and walked out. One of our party went back to talk to the acting manager . . . Who was NOT concerned with the lyrics nor the loss of business. Just glad that our children were not present! Not a family-friendly atmosphere. Our first and last visit to this ice cream franchise.

I have never been to an ice cream parlor that only serves strawberry ice cream with cookies inside of it. in addition, it was the first time in my life I had to ask for a spoon for two scoops in a cup.

Ordered Madagascar Vanilla (the only vanilla option they had) w/ waffle cone, one scoop. Flavor is nice but I wish they have French Vanilla as this is my favorite. Ordered a kiddie cone with one scoop of Mango Sorbet. LO loved it. Modern feel inside, a bit dark though. Friendly staff, very courteous.

I really like this place. The customer service is always the best and friendly. They are always clean at least every time that I've gone I would usually go during the night. Some people can slip up during the night in the sense of it being dirty but not this place. Their ice cream is delicious multiple choices. The one that I like is the 1 that you can get inside of a donut but you can only get 1 scoop of any ice cream that you would like to put in the donut. I am definitely and always coming back.
